Focus School Software provides the L25 Report for teachers and staff to easily view students considered in the Lowest 25 percent of the student population based on prior year test data. This report is generated looking at most recent State Assessment scores and by identifying the score at the 25% point. All students with scores at or below this mark are included in the L25 report.
As of mid-September, with the back-merge to version 12.0.60+, the L25 Report has been removed. Instead, its information has been integrated into the FAST Report when it is run by school.
The data that was previously displayed in the L25 Report is now presented in the Lower 30% (L30) section of the FAST Report. Once the Survey 3 O-File is available, the report will automatically update to reflect the official L25 values.
Before the Survey 3 O-File: If the current year’s Survey 3 data is not yet available in the `florida_demographic_ofile` table, the FAST Report will show the L30 data by default.
After the Survey 3 O-File: When the O-File is entered, the report will update to display the official L25 data.
Users can click on a specific school to access student-level data, including individual scores and growth metrics. The FAST Report now includes a L30 column/check box, allowing educators to track the lowest 30% of students alongside overall performance metrics.
