Updated onArticleAdministrators can view a student's progression plan to determine if the student is on track to meet plan requirements. Planned requests can be added to the progression plan to plan out what courses the student will request in order to fulfill the requirements.

Final Grades, GPA, & Class Rank
Updated onArticleThe Final Grades, GPA, & Class Rank screen displays a student’s final grades, GPA, and ranking earned in a selected marking period, exam, and/or school year. The columns in this report can be filtered for specific information. Administrators have the ability to update grades and report card comments as well as print transcripts with a selected letterhead directly from this screen. The Final Grades, GPA & Class Rank screen includes two reports: The Grades Summary and the Detailed Report.

Lock Schedules
Updated onArticleThe Lock Schedules screen is used to lock schedules for one or multiple students. Locking a schedule prevents it from being affected by subsequent Scheduler runs. Schedules can also be unlocked on this screen so that the Scheduler can modify the schedules.

Generate Survey R
Updated onArticleTo improve the quality and frequency of SESIR data reporting throughout the year, the FLDOE requires school districts to report SESIR information monthly. This is being implemented as a brand new Survey titled Survey R. Survey R will not alter any SESIR reporting requirements in place for other Survey periods (i.e. Survey 2, Survey 3, etc.). Information collected in Survey R by the FLDOE will be used in the Florida School Safety Portal (FSSP). The FSSP enacts the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Commission’s recommendation to improve access to timely, complete and accurate information by authorizing school threat assessment teams to swiftly identify, assess and provide intervention services for individuals whose behavior may pose a threat to themselves or others. Survey R includes the School Environmental Incident Report, Student Demographic Information, and Student Discipline/ Resultant Action formats. Only students that have a discipline referral being submitted in the Student Discipline/ Resultant Action will be included in the Student Demographic Information format.

Mass Requests
Updated onArticleThe Mass Requests screen is used to mass add course requests to a group of students, mass drop course requests from a group of students, or replace a course request (drop and add a course request) for a group of students in one process. You can search for students using a variety of search criteria, such as students who were enrolled in a specific course during the previous school year.

Alternate Course Requests
Updated onArticleThe new alternate course requests feature allows up to three alternates to be designated for each course request, including non-elective courses. This feature is enabled using the system preference "Use new Alternate Student Course Requests (Permanent once enabled)" in Setup > System Preferences > Default School Preferences/School Preferences > Scheduling tab. Enabling this preference is permanent; this preference cannot be disabled once it is enabled.

WDIS Data Verification Reports
