PIMS Verification District Usage
This report displays all the district schools in the left column. Based on the survey selected from the pull-down in the top left corner, the extract formats will adjust across the top of the report.
1. From the Pennsylvania Reports menu, click PIMS Verification District Usage.
2. Select the Collection fron the corresponding pull-down.
No values in the cells mean the school has not run the report.
The Total Errors are displayed, along with Total Percent correct, the Run Date, and the user who ran the report (Ran By).
Percentages under 90% clean display in an orange color.
Percentages 90% and above display in blue.
Percentages of 100% display in black.
3. Click in any cell to view that school’s verification page for the errors per template.
4. Click Go back to Data Verification District Overview to return to the previous screen and select another school/template.
Click Export to Excel to export the data from the report to an Excel spreadsheet.
