1. From the Billing menu, click Gainful Employment.

The report automatically displays data based on the current school year selected.

The information displays in the following columns:

Award Year  This column displays the year indicated in the school year drop-down at the top of the screen.

Student ID, Name, SSN and Date of Birth

Institution Code: This column populates from the COD: OPE ID listed in the System Preferences > School Preferences > Post-Secondary tab. 

Program Number: This column populates from the Program Number on student’s schedule record.

Program Name and CIP Code: These columns populate from the data entered in the Modify Programs screen.

Credential Level and Residency/Internship: This column populates from the Placement tab in the General Demographic screen.

Program Begin Date: This column reflects the first day that the student was marked as present in a section of the program.

Program Begin Date (Current Award Year): This column reflects the first day of present attendance for the student for the school year selected.

Program Current Status (Current Award Year): This column populates from the Placement tab in the General Demographics screen.

Program Status Date: This column populates from the student’s schedule record from the CTE Date of Program Completion field.  If this field is null, the system will look at the student’s schedule Dropped column for the withdrawal date.

Private Loan Amounts and Institutional Debt: These columns populate from the Placement tab in the General Demographics screen.

Tuition and Fees, Books/Supplies and Program Length: These columns populate from the Modify Programs screen.

Program Measurement: This value is hardcoded to W, indicating weeks.

First Day Enrollment Status: This column populates from the respective field on the Placement tab.
