The Import MOSIS IDs screen is used to import the state IDs of new students into Focus. This can also be done as a dry run to view the summary without making changes to student records in Focus.
1. In the Missouri Reports menu, click Import MOSIS IDs.
2. Click Choose File and select the MOSIS ID file from your computer.
3. To do a dry run (display a summary without making changes to student records), select the Dry Run check box. Leave the check box unselected to update student records in Focus.
4. When finished, click Upload & Import (to update student records in Focus) or Upload & Test (Dry Run).
Focus will indicate the number of active students in Focus, the number of students in the uploaded file, and the number of matches. Any new MOSIS IDs will be displayed.
