Graduation Requirements Setup
Updated onArticleThe Graduation Requirements feature allows administrators to set graduation criteria for student cohorts by defining graduation subjects, establishing graduation programs, and assigning students to specific programs. Multiple graduation programs can be created for individual schools or student cohorts, or made available for use by any school. Administrators and counselors can track student progress to ensure they meet the requirements to graduate using the Graduation Requirements Report.

View Mass Print Batches
Updated onArticleThe View Mass Print Batches screen displays the batches that were generated from the Mass Print Events screen. From this screen, the PDFs can be downloaded. Batches that are no longer needed can be deleted.

Updated onArticleThe Mass Print Events screen is used to print SSS event and step information for one or multiple students at one time. Once a batch of information is generated, the View Mass Print Batches screen is used to download the PDF.

User Profile Permissions
Updated onArticleEach SSS user will need two levels of permissions to access SSS programs and events. System permissions provide view, initiate, deactivate/reactivate, delete, lock, unlock, add supplemental forms, delete supplemental forms, and parent signature "ready to sign" permissions at the program level. Event permissions restrict view, initiate, deactivate/reactivate, delete, lock, and unlock permissions to specific events within programs.

PMP Setup
Updated onArticleThe PMP Setup screen is used by the district to customize the columns that display on the Academic PMP and Behavior PMP. The titles of the columns can be customized. For certain columns, you have the ability to select whether the field is free-form text, drop-down, or both. Columns can be enabled or disabled, and marked as required. The sort order of the columns can also be customized.
