Pre-ID Template Setup
Updated onArticleThe Pre-ID Template Setup screen allows the district to set up pre-ID templates to customize the pre-ID extract groups; setting up templates is optional, but is useful if schools in the district pull pre-ID extracts differently. Templates should be set up after setting the pre-ID options in Florida Reports > Florida Reports Setup and before running the pre-ID extracts in Florida Reports > Pre-ID Extracts. When Pre-ID templates are set up, these groupings will be used to pull the extracts.

In settings, the web page is enabled by default when created, but can be disabled. In addition, users can create units and linked lessons based on a web page.

Verify Parent Accounts
Updated onArticleThe Verify Parent Accounts screen allows users to easily review parent account setup requests. Once the parent information has been reviewed according to district processes, the user can either accept or reject the parent’s account request. Accepting the request will enable the parent’s account, allowing them to access their student's information via the Focus Parent Portal.
