User Groups
Updated onArticleThe User Groups screen allows users to create user groups, which can be used for searching and viewing user records. For example, users can create a user group for users who are teaching English. This group can then be assigned to other users who need quick access to said users, these user groups can also be leveraged in Communication in order to send quick messages to specific groups of users. In addition, users can place limitations on the assigned user allowing him/her to view the records for the users in the English Teacher group but not edit. Similarly, groups can be set up and assigned to administrators and other department heads who need to view a specific group of users. User groups can be created based on customized user searches or dynamic saved searches. Dynamic groups can be created using alpha by last name or using saved user searches. Note: Custom user groups are not dynamic.

Letter Queue
Updated onArticleThe Letter Queue is tied directly to Workflow Triggers and Print Letters & Send Email. Letters that are created by a workflow trigger are stored in the queue until a designated user prints or sends the letters. Example: A workflow trigger is set up to create a letter if a user's name is changed. When a user's name is changed, the workflow trigger sends a letter to the queue in order to validate the change with the user in question. The designated user must then pull up the queue and print those letters.

FTE Summary Reports (Breakdown)
Updated onArticleThe FTE Summary Reports (Breakdown) screen allows district staff to run a variety of FTE summary reports based on the O-file or initial file for surveys 1-4. The reports can be run for one school or all schools in the district. The reports can be published to School Folder(s) for school staff to review.

Advanced Report
Updated onArticleThe Advanced Report screen allows users to compile, view, and track specific user data. The More Search Options feature is used to narrow the criteria for search results that will pull into the report. Users can filter data in the Advanced Report screen, correct and save data from within Advanced Report, and export the report into Excel or a PDF file for printing. The parameters and search criteria set in an Advanced Report can also be saved for future use, and can be easily accessed from the Reports menu.

Mass Add Log Records
Updated onArticleThe Mass Add Log Records screen is used to add log records for multiple users. Log records can be added by individual user or by group. The By User tab allows users to quickly add log records to individual users. The By Group tab allows users to search for a group of users and add log records en masse. Changes to individual user records can also be made in the By Group tab.

Teachers In/Out of Field
Updated onArticleThe Teachers In/Out of Field report allows users to easily identify teachers who are out of field and need data corrected. Along with the teacher out of field, the course, certifications, FEFP, course minutes, and more, are all listed to help determine the invalid data. Users can automate the Teacher Licensure Status processes. This optional feature will compare the teacher’s certification(s) against the course section criterion and determine their applicable Certification/Licensure/Qualification Status (FLDOE Data Element 108150).
