Letter Queue
Updated onArticleThe Letter Queue is tied directly to the Workflow Triggers. Letters that are created by a workflow trigger are stored in the queue until a designated person prints or sends the letters. Example: A workflow trigger is set up to create a letter if a student is absent more than 3 days. When a student is absent 3 times, the workflow trigger sends a letter to the queue. The designated person must then pull up the queue and print those letters.

Advanced Report
Updated onArticleThe Advanced Report screen allows users to compile, view, and track specific student data. The More Search Options feature is used to narrow the criteria for search results that will pull into the report. Users can filter data, correct and save data from within Advanced Report, and export the report to an Excel or a .pdf file for printing. The parameters and search criteria set in an Advanced Report can also be saved for future use, and can be easily accessed from the Reports menu.

ISP Page
Updated onArticleThe ISP (Individualized Student Plan) Page acts as a “one-stop show” for post-secondary students allowing counselors and other applicable users to view and/or edit student information while helping students navigate and attain their selected academic goals. The ISP Page contains students’ demographic information, grades, test history, and school schedule all on the same screen. Users can utilize the dynamic career and school goals selections to easily view students’ current or possible graduation paths.

Uploaded Files
Updated onArticleThe Uploaded Files screen is used to view the files that have been uploaded for the student and the letters/messages that have been logged for the student that have been designated to be a part of the student's cumulative folder. Additionally, the student's published report cards and transcripts can also be viewed, as well as SIS Form Builder forms and SSS event forms. Keywords and phrases can be redacted from uploaded files. Selected documents can be exported as a zip file or as a PDF.
