Regenerate Form Images
The Regenerate Form Images screen generates form images for forms (gl_requests) within a certain date range; it checks the date of the forms request_date to determine if its in the valid range. Only forms with the status of 'Y' that have not been deleted will get the approved and completed forms. This process works if there is a Upland/Optiview HR server setup via Setup > Settings > Integrations.
1. In the Development menu, click Regenerate Form Images.
2. Enter the Start Date and End Date in the provided text fields.
3. Click Regenerate Form Images.
While working to regenerate form images, a message displays alerting you to the number of requests being processed. Once complete, the message reads: No more requests found within date range.
