KRA Pre-ID

The KRA Pre-ID screen is used to generate a KRA extract for teacher, student, or enrollment data.

The extract pulls all currently active students who have a student state ID populated. The "Exclude from State Reporting" flags are checked on all levels (school, course, and student).

Generating the KRA Extract

1. In the Ohio Reports menu, click KRA Pre-ID.

2. Select the Effective Date used to pull the extract.

3. Select an Extract Data option: Teacher Data, Student Data, or Enrollment Data.

4. Enter the Data Collection Token.

5. Select an Assessment Tag option: Early Learning Assessment or Kindergarten Readiness Assessment.

6. Select a Download Type option: KRA File or HTML View.

The HTML View allows the results of the extract to be viewed in Focus.

7. Click Generate Extract.

When KRA File is selected as the Download Type, the file will download to your computer. When the HTML View option is selected as the Download Type, the results of the extract will display in Focus for review.

8. Click Go back to return to the KRA Pre-ID screen.

Additional Features

When in the HTML View, click the Excel icon to export the report to CSV/Excel.

Click the Printer icon to print the report. Follow your printer's prompts.

To filter the report, click the Filter button so that it displays ON.

Enter the filter criteria in the text box above the desired column.

Click the down arrow to access additional filter options.

Click the green plus icon to add an additional filter field to the column. Click the red minus icon to remove the filter field.

To turn off the filters, click the Filter button so that it displays OFF.
