1. From the Ohio Reports menu, click Verification Usage.

2. Select the desired data set and reporting period at the top of the screen.

Each school in the district is listed along the left side of the screen. The Total Errors, Total Percent, Run Date, and Ran By will be populated for an extract if the school has run the verification report for that extract. If the school has not run the verification report for that extract, the fields will be blank.

The colors in the report represent the percentage of error-free data as in the EMIS Verification Reports. The legend is as follows:

• If data is 100% error-free, the font will be black.
• If data is 90% to 99% error-free, the font will be in blue.
• If data is 80% and 90% error-free, the font will be in yellow.
• If data is less 80% error-free, the font will be in red.

3. Click on an field to run the verification report for that school or to view the error results that were returned in the report.

The EMIS Verification Reports will open for the specific school, data set, reporting period, and extract.

4. Click Go back to Verification Usage at the top of the screen to return to the Verification Usage screen.

5. Click Export to Excel to export the Verification Usage report to Excel.

The file will download to your computer.
