Check Form Setup
Updated onArticleThe Check Form Setup screen allows users to set up how checks are printed using the Accounts Payable module and Payroll module. Here users can work from templates to determine where blocks of information should display on the different types of checks including block positioning, size, features, text, signatures, and more. Checks can be backed up and saved as well as copied for convenience.

Saved Reports
Updated onArticleThe My Reports tab of the Saved Reports screen displays a list of the reports you have saved using the Save Report floppy disk icon in various areas of Focus. From this screen, the reports can be run. The report title, profiles, and facilities that have access to the report can also be modified, comments can be added, and the reports can be deleted. The Published Reports tab of the screen displays the reports that other users have created and shared with you.

Customer Ledger
Updated onArticleThe Customer Ledger feature houses all customer transactions. In order to review all posted transactions via Point of Sale (POS), generate the Customer Ledger. To review a more general ledger, select the Simplified Ledger tab. Regardless of the ledger selected, this is a great tool for customers wanting a print out of all transactions.

Release Transfer
Updated onArticleThe Release Transfer screen allows users to release fixed assets that have been transfered via Fixed Assets > Transfer Requests so they can be received via Fixed Assets > Receive Transfer. This step in the process allows administrative users to review transfer requests before they are officially transferred to a facility.

Error Log Report
Updated onArticleThe Error Log Report logs all AJAX and module fatal errors or SQL errors. The Error Log Report gives users the ability to view and filter logged errors. Permission to utilize this report can be enabled via Setup > Profiles > Setup tab.
