The TSDS Data Verification Overview screen is used by the district to view which schools have run data verification reports for each submission and format. The total number of errors, percentage of error-free data, date the report was last run, and user who last ran the report is displayed for each school and format.
1. In the Texas Reports menu, click TSDS Data Verification Overview.
2. At the top of the screen, select the Submission you want to view.
3. To narrow down the report to schools in specific school types, select the school type from the next pull-down. Leave All School Types selected to view all schools on the report.
4. Select the Show Details check box to display Errors, Date, Ran By, and Percent information in the report. If the Show Details check box isn't selected, the report displays the total percentage of error-free data only.
The schools are listed down the left side of the screen. The formats in the selected submission are listed across the top of the screen.
In each block, the total number of errors, the date the verification report was run, the user who ran the report, and the percentage of error-free data is displayed by school and format. Schools that have not run these reports for the submission will display blank results.
The text colors represent the percentage of error-free data. The legend is as follows:
- If data for the format is 100% error-free, the font will be black.
- If data for the format is 90% to 99% error-free, the font will be blue.
- If data for the format is 80% to 89% error-free, the font will be yellow.
- If data for a format is less than 80% error-free, the font will be red.
5. Click Export to Excel at the top of the screen to download an Excel spreadsheet of the report.
6. Click on a block to run the verification report for the school and format in TSDS Data Verification Reports.
