The TSDS Unique ID screen is used to generate a list of students who are missing a TSDS Unique ID and download the list as a file. The file can then be uploaded to TSDS so that students can be assigned an ID.
1. In the Texas Reports menu, click TSDS Unique ID.
2. To generate a file including students at all schools, select All Schools.
3. Click List Students.
The students missing TSDS Unique IDs are displayed.
4. Select the check box next to each student to include in the file, or select the Select All check box in the column header to select all students in the list.
5. Click Generate Batch to download the file to your computer.
The file is downloaded to your computer. This is the file that you will upload to TSDS.
6. Click the Export icon to export the file as a .txt file to your computer.
The file is downloaded to your computer and can be opened using any standard text editor.
