Precode Verification
The Precode Verification screen is used to generate a report to view the value of various precodes for students. The report converts Focus codes into 0s, 1s, and other allowable precode values, providing an easy-to-read report for schools to use when bubbling in testing sheets.
1. In the Texas Reports menu, click Precode Verification.
A list of students is displayed, including student demographic data and precode values.
2. To refine the list of students, click the Filter button so it displays ON.
3. Enter text in the filter field above a column to filter the report. Click the down arrow to access additional filter options.
4. Click the green plus sign to add an additional filter. Click the red minus sign to delete a filter.
5. To export the report as a CSV file, click the export icon.
The file is downloaded to your computer.
6. To print the report, click the printer icon.
Follow your computer's prompts to print the report.
