Process Assessments
The Process Assessments screen is used to update the pass date fields for STAAR and TAKS tests in the Graduation tab in Student Info.
The valid score types, tests, and test parts are listed below, along with the pass date fields that are updated.
Valid Score Types: 2S, 2SI, MS, ApGL
Valid Tests:
STAAR - EOC English I (E1)
STAAR - EOC English II (E2)
STAAR - EOC U.S. History (US)
TAKS (TAKS)
STAAR - EOC Algebra I (A1)
STAAR - EOC Biology (BI)
STAAR - EOC English II Reading (R2)
STAAR - EOC English II Writing (W2)
STAAR - EOC English I Reading (R1)
STAAR - EOC English I Writing (W1)

1. In the Texas Reports menu, click Process Assessments.
2. Click Generate.
When the process is completed, a status message is displayed, indicating the number of students with test pass dates updated.
