System enhancement that adds an alert icon to the Details modal on T&A Approval if the clock-in or clock-out IP address does not match any of the IPs defined in T&A Setup. The IPs in the setup support wildcards like 192.168.x.x or even 19x.1xx.x.x. Leaving a part of the IP address blank is also treated as a wildcard.

This enhancement adds a Consecutive Number of Absences option of 5 to the built-in AutoWithdraw Scheduled Job.

FOCUS-34058- Events added to MyCalendar not Showing

This branch fixes an issue where Calendar events ending after the visible days for the selected month would not appear on the calendar.

FOCUS-34053- Gradebook: Student View Cannot be Filtered by Assignment

This branch improves the filtering on Assignment Name in Gradebook Student View.

FOCUS-34051- Daily Attendance: Having two school periods with the same sort order causes daily attendance to be calculated to the wrong value

This branch fixes the issue with a wrong Daily Attendance code calculation due to having multiple school periods with the same sort order value when the "Enable Ending Period" preference is turned on.

FOCUS-34004- Discipline: Display number of days for ESE/504 ISS/OSS system preference.

When an action on referral has gone over the maximum ISS/OSS days allowed for ESE/504 students the number of days set as the preference is not displayed. This branch fixes it to display the max days.

FOCUS-33970- Report Cards: Enrollment fields rendering incorrectly when student has multiple enrollments

This branch fixes the issue with rendering incorrect values for the enrollment related template fields when a student has multiple enrollment records in the same school.

FOCUS-33964- Audit Trail Tab Missing from Grades & Default Student Audit Trail to Top Right Student

This improvement adds the Audit Trail link to list of quick navigation links at the Top of the Final Grades, GPA & Class Rank screen. Users with appropriate profile permission access to the Student Audit Trail should see this Link/Tab.

FOCUS-33903- Mobile App: Add ability to delete or deactivate account

Only applicable for Community Mobile App customers. This branch implements compliance with an updated Apple App Store Guideline that requires all apps to offer account deletion. This enhancement adds the ability for parents and students to 'delete' their accounts. There is a new menu option on the mobile app Delete Account, that when clicked brings up a prompt. For parents it deletes their record in the students_join_users and users table. For students it merely updates their record setting their password to null. This new feature is controlled by a system preference, Enable user account deletion option in mobile app. The feature will be installed in the off position.

FOCUS-33899- Proficiency Gradebook: Import Grades per Standard with CSV

This branch adds importing .csv to grade a proficiency gradebook. With this enhancement, the teacher when importing selects a column which contains student ids, and a standard for all other columns (from the current standards on assignment). When the import is completed, the standards are graded with the method selected at the top of the .csv popup.

FOCUS-33897- Force 300 DPI when Uploading Files by Scanning

With the branch the DPI (resolution) selector is removed from the scanning modal when uploading a file or document through the scanning option.

FOCUS-33775- Ed-Fi: Send FLEID as State identification code in StudentIdentificationCodes

Only applicable for Florida customers leveraging Ed-Fi. This branch adds FLEID to the 'StudentEducationOrganizationAssociations' table in the 'StudentIdentificationCodes' area. Add options on the Ed-Fi Setup page to select the field to use for StudentUniqueId, StaffUniqueId and SchoolId.

FOCUS-33751- Graduation Requirements Report: Marching band and sports waivers are behaving different.

Applicable for Florida customers leveraging waivers in the Graduation Requirements Report. Previously, Marching Band Waiver checked for a grade title of C or higher, or if it's a P or NG. Now a T will be considered when awarding a Marching Band Waiver 1500440 to a Physical Eduction Grad Subject.

FOCUS-33748- Purchase & Pay: Add Sys Pref to 'Hide courses and sections' for sale

Only applicable for customers using the Shopping Cart, Postsecondary Point of Sale, or Before & After Care add-on modules. This improvement adds a new system preference for Purchase & Pay, 'Hide courses and sections' for sale, which is disabled by default to maintain current functionality. When enabled, the Purchase & Pay screen will no longer show the course or section results on the initial page load. After filtering or searching, however, the courses and sections will reappear in the search results.

FOCUS-33693- IPEDS Report Fields Migration

This branch adjusts the alias and system field flag as necessary for customers using IPEDS.

FOCUS-33677- Only show victim warning if enrollment has overlapping dates in the future

Previously when showing a warning on student enrollment when changing an aggressor's enrollment the system would display the warning if either student was active. This branch changes the behavior to only show the warning if two student's enrollment records overlap and they both either are active or will be active in the future. Additionally, this branch changes the behavior to always display the error/warning even when the enrollment has not been updated.

FOCUS-33665- Graduation Requirements Report: Fix for Biliteracy Seal

Only applicable for Florida customers. Branch fixes Biliteracy Seal on the Grad Requirement Report where scheduled ASL class blocked other Foreign Language completed classes/credits from populating on the Silver and Gold rows.

FOCUS-33544- SIS Forms: Form details in pending approval email

This new feature adds the option Include in Pending Approvals on Form Components. Enabling this option for a component will display the field for Form Approvers on the Pending Approvals tab and also will be included in the Pending Approval Notification email.

FOCUS-33297- Focus Analytics: Custom Filter Value field too small

Only applicable for customers using the Focus Analytics add-on module. Currently there is a limit of 255 characters in the value field for a custom filter. Multiple school ID values were causing a database error. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-32615- Kiosk: Add option to print checkin slips from log fields

Only applicable for customers checking in through a Kiosk device. This enhancement adds a new system preference 'Enable Attendance Kiosk Print Slip upon Check-In for Log Fields'. When this system preference is on, a new option 'Print Attendance Slip on Check-In' will appear for any log fields that have a kiosk attendance code set. When a student is checked in using a log field with the option enabled at a school with the system preference on an attendance slip will print.

FOCUS-32235- Focus Assessments: Add Link to Student Info for District Assessment Reports

Only applicable for customers using Focus Assessments add-on module. This enhancement add links to Student Info for the District Assessment Reports on the Students name. Reports impacted include: Activity Summary by Group, Progress By Tag By User, Event Progress by Tag by User, Last Score by Activity by User, Last Score by Item by User, and Last Score by Tag by User.

FOCUS-30326- Default Grade Book Config preferences get overwritten by Grade Book Config preferences when saving.

This branch fixes an issue where saving a Grade Book Configuration system preference overwrites the Default Grade Book Configuration preference.
