FOCUS-38910- Scheduling: Enforce Hide Schedule Requests from Teachers with Multiple School Access

This update resolves an issue affecting teachers with access to multiple schools. Previously, these teachers could view Schedule Requests via Portal Alerts, even when the district had enabled the System Preference to "Hide Schedule Requests." With this fix, the preference is now correctly enforced across all schools, ensuring consistent adherence to the district's specified settings.

This update offers a significant advancement for our Florida customers who use the Special Student Services (SSS) Threat Assessment program. Aligning with the latest guidelines from the Department of Education's Office of Safe Schools, this revision introduces a crucial new feature to enhance harm prevention and threat management strategies. The key enhancement in this update is the introduction of a new system logging field titled "FL Harm Prevention & Threat Management Instrument." This field is specifically designed to support and streamline the documentation and management of threat assessment procedures, ensuring that schools can more effectively track and respond to potential safety concerns.
