Moving forward, end-users cannot edit or save a Gradebook category with leading or trailing spaces in the name.

FOCUS-36814- School Choice: Display manual Program Entries on Application

Only applicable to customers using the School Choice Module. Previously, existing ranked program selections would only be visible on the School Choice Application if an earlier entry of a School Choice Application had initiated them. With this enhancement, choice selections made through rollover, custom procedures, or manually through the Magnet/Special Assignment Screen will be visible to end-users on the School Choice Application.

FOCUS-36797- Progression Plan: Navigation Improvement

This branch prevents a database error when navigating to the next student's progression plan after saving a signature.

FOCUS-36783- Attendance: Improve return Check-Ins on Late Check In/Early Release

Before the branch, if a student checked back in after being checked out and had the following periods marked on the late check-in/check-out screen, the periods after checking back in would still be marked from the following periods' option. Since this is marked as admin attendance, the teachers in the following periods would be unable to update the attendance. With this enhancement, any period after checking back in will be cleared so that teachers can take attendance as expected.

FOCUS-36773- ISP Page: Improve display of enroll/drop dates showing in the grades section

Only applicable to customers leveraging Postsecondary. This branch adjusts the ISP Page Grades enroll and drop dates to leverage the start and end dates on the course history record if the System preference "Show Start/End dates on Final Grades" is enabled. If the above-mentioned preference is not enabled, the marking period begins and ends dates are used.

FOCUS-36771- AzEDS: Fix issue with StudentSchoolAssociation

Only applicable to customers using Arizona State Reporting. This branch ensures the student enrollment UUID is updated in compliance with Arizona State Reporting when an edit is made to the start date.

FOCUS-36757- Request Grade Changes: Restrict Standard Changes Based on Marking Period

This branch ensures that teachers cannot post standards via Request Grade Changes outside of the marking period restrictions configured on the standards setup when the system preferences, "Allow teachers to post for standards outside of marking period restrictions," is disabled.

FOCUS-36742- School Choice: Fix Refresh Choice Data Updating Current Gradelevel

Only applicable to customers using the School Choice module. This branch resolves an issue where the current gradelevel on school_choice_application_status was not being updated as expected when the Refresh School Choice data was run as the scheduled job or manually via the School Choice Report.

This branch resolves an issue where a student session mismatch can occur when multiple tabs are opened on Student's Final Grades, GPA, and Class Rank. This branch includes a migration to correct impacted records.

FOCUS-36653- Late Check-In / Early Release System Improvement

This enhancement introduces the ability to edit the entry and release times on the late check-in/early release. For records that take attendance, the times can only be edited such that the time is in the same period for which the attendance record was added.

FOCUS-36632- Report Cards: Resolve Display of Teacher's Name when Printing

This branch corrects an issue where the teacher's name was not displaying as expected when printing report cards sorting by period and the student's schedule was inactive in the section associated with the sorting period.

FOCUS-36346- Re-Enrollment Forms: Associate Form with Student's School

This branch ensures that parents with multiple children enrolled in different schools in the district will have their student's enrolled school vs. the session school ID tied to the completed re-enrollment form upon submission.

FOCUS-35825- Mass Add Log Records: Improve Import Process

This branch resolves an issue that an error would occur when importing via Mass Add Log Records resulting in only the first student's entry in the CSV being imported.

FOCUS-36633- Edit Rules & Workflow: Allow Application Submission Based Workflow Triggers

When the Online Application system preferences "Process Edit Rules on Student Creation" and "Process Edit Rules on Student Updates" are leveraged, Edit Rules & Workflow are triggered on page turn of an Online Application or Re-Enrollment Form. With this branch, Edit Rules & Workflow items will also trigger after submitting the online application, which allows end-users to leverage the application status in the Match Query section of the Criteria.

FOCUS-36775- Some PMP dates may display as "Invalid Date" when blank.

This fix addresses an issue when date fields are left blank on the PMP table and saved. The date field will display, "Invalid Date", which will cause an error when saving. Ex: This most often occurs with End Date when it had been automatically populated, but was manually cleared by the user.

FOCUS-36636- Add Report Time Frame to SSS Reporting

This enhancement adds a Reporting Timeframe to the top of the SSS Event Reporting screen to allow for events older than 365 days to be used.

FOCUS-33493- Adding Sys Pref to SSS > General to hide Product List in SSS > Setup > Services

This enhancement adds a system preference in SSS > General: Caseload & Service Billing Columns - Remove Type & Product List columns in the services tab. When the setting is disabled, those 2 columns would display in SSS>Setup>Services screen but users should be able to add Service without selecting Product List Item. No errors should display. When enabled, columns should be hidden and user should be able to add a Service as well.

FOCUS-36837- Absence Summary: Attendance hours displaying incorrect values

When the system preference, "Teachers enter hours present" is enabled and the end-user has edit access to the Absence Summary, hours were not displaying as expected on the Absence Summary as they were on the Attendance Chart. This branch corrects this issue.
