Only applicable to Florida Stata Reporting customers. This branch adds support for courses with the prefix '07018' to be recognized in the Graduation Requirements Report Scholar Designation and Biliteracy Seal for foreign languages.

FOCUS-37052- Fix SAML Metadata when special characters are used in the display name

This branch resolves an issue where the Metadata URL would not generate in an acceptable format if the end-user configured the Display Name to include special characters in the Single Sign On setup.

FOCUS-37051- Course Catalog: Correct issue when Exporting Custom Fields

This branch corrects an issue where custom fields on the Course Catalog were not exported to Courses & Sections, Grades, and Student Schedules as expected. Custom fields include state reporting and local fields added to the menu include. After updating, exporting values through the report will resolve any discrepancies.

FOCUS-37043- Add a Student: Do not allow duplicate contact priorities when adding contacts through Add a Student

This branch resolves an issue where the constraint to prevent duplicate priority numbers on student contacts was not respected when contact priorities were adjusted within the Add a Student program.

FOCUS-37012- Advanced Reports: Correct Display Issue of Contact Detail Flags

This branch resolves an issue where Contact Detail Flags within an Advanced Report were not displaying the correct responses.

FOCUS-37007- More Search Options: Return Results for local Teacher profiles

This branch corrects an issue where the More Search Option, Scheduled Into Teacher, would only return results where the teacher had a profile named "teacher." Now, this search criteria will support any profile with the type of teacher.

FOCUS-36988- Student Final Grades: Block Semester EOC Grades Not Populating in Course History

This branch corrects an issue where double-block configured sections pulled grades without the appropriate course history flag being marked at the semester level.

FOCUS-36981- Classes for Sale: Parent Portal Not Respecting Classes for Sale Publish Start Date

Only applicable to Postsecondary or Before/Aftercare customers. This branch corrects an issue where courses with a future Publish Date on the Classes for Sale setup screen were appearing on the Purchase & Pay screen on the Parent Portal.

FOCUS-36949- Focus Analytics: Adding Florida State Reporting field to Discipline Incident Dataset

Only applicable to customers using Focus Analytics and Florida State Reporting. This branch adds the Discipline Incident Field Related to Vaping to the Focus Analytics Discipline Incident dataset.

FOCUS-36946- Online Application: Only update Application Desired School ID for "Show Zoned Schools" flagged forms.

Previously, if a student's address was changed, which resulted in a new zoned school, and the district had the "Use Address Catalog for Address Validation" system preference checked, the system would update the desired school ID value on the student's application. With this change, the system will only update the desired school ID if the online enrollment form also has the "Show Zoned School" flag set on setup.

FOCUS-36938- Advanced Report: Prevent Database Error when Mass Updating a Schedule Field.

This branch resolves an issue where a database error occurs when a scheduling field is mass updated via the Advanced Report.

FOCUS-36928- Advanced Report: Resolve error when updating Activity Fees

This branch resolves a database error from appearing when end-users update Activity Fees through an Advanced Report.

FOCUS-36924- Choice: Mass Update School Choice Report Removes Deadline Met

Only applicable to customers using the School Choice module. This branch corrects an issue where the Deadline Met field was unchecked after adjusting another field value through Mass Update on the School Choice Report.

FOCUS-36903- School Choice: Magnet/Special Assignment not displaying Status in Future Year

Only applicable to customers using the School Choice Module. This branch corrects an issue where the status type of Pending Acceptance was not visible in the interface when viewing the screen in a future year when the preference was configured correctly.

FOCUS-36899- Portal Alerts: Update Standard Grades Posting Alert - Ignore Flagged Standards

This branch changes the criteria of the Post Standard Grades portal alert to not take into consideration standards tied to the course where the standard setting "Hide from Report Cards" is checked and the system preference "Allow teachers to post grades for standards, not on report cards" is enabled. The branch also includes a migration to set the "Hide from Report Cards" flag for standards imported from Certica where the publication is set to NGSSS or B.E.S.T.

FOCUS-36886- Students with Inclusion- When a user does not have permission to all fields appearing on this page, any change to the schedule record causes an error

This branch corrects an issue where a database error would appear on the Students with Inclusion report when Individual Fields for Schedule is leveraged and the end-user does not have permissions to all scheduling fields.

FOCUS-36883- Online Enrollments: Resolve Display Issue of Application Year field on Unprocessed Forms.

This branch corrects an issue where when a student had the "Application School Year" selected in their Student Info page and the field was not on the re-enrollment application, a different field would populate in the Unprocessed Form tab.

This branch resolves an issue where honor roll students were not included due to an error in counting unexcused absences.

This branch corrects a formatting issue when displaying the time set under District Report Cards.

FOCUS-37144- Late Check In/Early Release Screen: Resolve changing attendance date when updating via the report

This branch resolves an issue where when end-users made modifications to previous-days attendance on the Late Check-In Early Release screen, the date of the attendance would be changed to today's date.

FOCUS-36715 - Student Fields: Prevent modifying Select Options in the Application School Year system field

This branch adds a constraint to prevent end-users from adding custom select options to the system field Application School Year (alias: application syear). This system field, leveraged in zoning and enrollment procedures, can only be derived from a select options query, which is prepopulated in the fields set up by Focus. Customers who had modified this system field to include custom select options experienced issues with the Parse Address scheduled job and adding addresses; the branch includes a migration to correct the invalid data caused by those actions.

FOCUS-36811- Post Standard Grades: Ensure standard grade posting alerts display for the correct Marking Period

This branch resolves an issue where standard grade posting alerts are displayed for the incorrect marking period.

FOCUS-37023 - Add Absences: Restrict taking attendance on Add Absences for periods with null length in Bell Schedule setup

Sections marked for attendance must be tied to a period with length populated in the bell schedule through Period Setup. This branch ensures Add Absences respects this constraint and does not allow end-users to update attendance on periods with null length defined.
