FOCUS-37806- Shopping Cart: New Product List Setting for "Pay at Facility Only"

Only applicable to customers using Internal Accounts or Shopping Cart. This enhancement adds a new flag to the Product List titled Pay at Facility Only. When set for a product, the parent will not pay outstanding invoices derived from these products through the Purchase & Pay screen.

FOCUS-38100- Attendance: Optional Confirmation on Take Attendance

This enhancement adds a new attendance system preference: "Show confirmation dialog in Take Attendance when all students are marked Present." When enabled, a confirmation prompt will appear to teachers on Take Attendance when saving attendance, where all students are marked as present.

This branch resolves an issue with Advanced Reports where fields were not editable if tied to a Form Instance.

This branch resolves a display issue when viewing a referral where an invalid time format was present.

FOCUS-37823- Attendance Setup: New "Denies Credit" Checkbox for TX

Only applicable to customers using Texas State Reporting. This branch adds a new flag to Attendance Setup to denote Denies Credit. Absent attendance codes disabled as Denies Credit will not be counted in the Absences by Courses and Student Report in the totals for Periods Excused, Periods Unexcused, Periods Absent, and Percent of Days Absent columns. A migration is associated with this branch that will auto-set the Denies Credit flag to applicable attendance codes.

FOCUS-37791- Rollover: Do Not Copy Attendance Specific Values in Student Rollover Procedures (PA & FL)

This branch impacts customers using Florida and Pennsylvania State Reporting. When conducting student rollover, year-calculating attendance fields will no longer copy to the next year's enrollment record created by the rollover process. For Pennsylvania, these fields include Days Enrolled, Days Present, Days Unexcused, and Days Excused. In Florida, these fields include Days Present, Days Absent, and Days Absent Not Discipline.

This branch prevents a database error when an end-user approves a standard grade change request.

FOCUS-37038- Rollover: Correctly Set Allow Students to Request In Rollover

This branch corrects an issue where the course value to "Allow Student to Request" was not copying over in the new year as it was set in the current school year when performing Rollover.

This fix addresses an issue on the PMP Data Collection screen where the data collection column was not allowing decimals to be entered and rounding the decimal to a whole number.

FOCUS-38032- Forms may load data from different students or marking periods

This fix addresses an issue where Formbuilder collection parameters taken from the selections in the top right would not match events being filled out. For SSS events, these parameters should always be based on the event being viewed.

FOCUS-37993- Create a trigger function to mass create log entries

This enhancement creates a new event trigger 'Action' called "Create Log Entries". This new 'Action' allows multiple rows on a form to push over to a log_field on the SIS side without needing to build multiple triggers.

FOCUS-37766- Update Push Participation in State & District Assessment trigger

This enhancement adds the "All Tests" option to the Participation in State District Assessments_rev form and the trigger pushing the data to SIS has been updated to push that value to the FSA Test Accommodations field.

FOCUS-37763- Update the Sync Evaluation Tracking Trigger Action for Related Services

This enhancement adds support for the Related Services option in the request_purpose field on the Evaluation Tracking/Update ESE Logging Fields form in the ESE/Gifted Updating & Reporting event to be pushed via the Sync Evaluation Tracking trigger action.

FOCUS-38112- Modify Programs: Resolve Entry of Scores

Only applicable to Post-secondary customers. This branch resolves an issue when adding scores to Modify Programs. Previously, adding a score to an active program would duplicate the program when the page refreshed.
