If a student is marked as inclusion for a section, but then the inclusion teacher is removed from that section, then this student still shows a green check mark for inclusion even though no inclusion teacher is attached to that section anymore. This branch corrects that issue.

FOCUS-32718- Online Application Age Limitations

This Feature Enhancement adds two new fields Min Birthdate and Max Birthdate when creating a form in Setup > Application Editor. These new fields are used to check age limitations when beginning an online application. If the birthdate entered on the first page of the application does not meet the criteria, the parent or student will not be able to start the application.

FOCUS-32591- School Choice Application: Wrong projected grade and repairing incomplete registration logic

Only applicable for customers using the School Choice Module. This branch restores the functionality that will prevent a parent from completing a School Choice Application if their child is enrolled in the district's Applicant school and their online application has a status of in_progress. This branch also corrects an issue where the application was arbitrarily choosing a projected gradelevel when the student didn't have a choice gradelevel or enrollment gradelevel in the system.

K12 Billing Module: This branch corrects a database error from appearing to parents when clicking the Outstanding Invoices portal alert when they had multiple students.

FOCUS-32476- FLDOE Family Portal Link

Only applicable for customers who use Florida State Reporting. This branch implements the FLDOE TIDE Family Portal single sign on for parents and students to https://fl-familyportal.cambiumast.com/#/. A new system student field called TIDE Access Code is added. If this code is entered for a student, they and their parent will see a new button on their portal to access the Family Portal. Please contact your support representative for step-by-step instructions on how to implement this feature in your district.

FOCUS-32376- Add new Kiosk Check In Preference

This branch introduces a new feature for the Attendance Kiosk Check In. Now users have the ability update period attendance with a late or absent code based on the number of minutes after a class has started. The new preferences are titled "Check-in Minutes from Start Time Threshold / Update the period attendance code if check-in is X minutes or more after the period starts." and "Check-in After Threshold Attendance Code / Attendance Code To Use when check-in is after the check-in minutes start time threshold."

FOCUS-31392- Add Option to Log Workflow Triggers

This enhancement adds a new feature to Edit Rules & Workflow > Workflow Triggers when sending an email. The feature adds an option called "Letter Logging." Now users will be able to choose if they want the email trigger to be logged to the student's Letter Log. Since this was existing functionality to always log to the letter logging, this branch adds a migration to set this value as checked for any existing workflow triggers configured by a customer.
