FOCUS-34313- Fee Templates: New descriptor flag for Class Fee & Other Fees on Section Cost Report

This enhancement adds a new column to Fee Templates called Class Fee. This new descriptor flag allows the end-users to specify which fees they want to be considered Class Fees. The Section Cost Report now includes a new Other Column. Fees that cannot be placed in other areas will be totaled here.

FOCUS-33900- Add model and manufacturer to import assets

System Enhancement to add the asset Model and Manufacturer to the import process in Fixed Assets.

FOCUS-33094- Discretionary objects feature

System Enhancement to add Object Detail for Discretionary/Non Discretionary.

Setup > Settings > Elements > Object > Details. Select checkbox for discretionary.

Budgeting/General Ledger > Expenditure Report. Select checkbox for discretionary and only those objects setup will be returned in the report.

FOCUS-34288- Adding Assets in FOCUS

FOCUS-34229- Rollover | Leave rollovers per paytype, one time only

System Enhancement to Rollover > Leave. Add starting dates to dropdown options. Once a paytype has been rolled, remove it from dropdown to restrict it from being rolled again.

FOCUS-34384- State Performance Reports not calculating gain properly

Currently, when determining the gain, Focus was only looking at the buckets for the student's current grade level rather than comparing the buckets for the grade levels for the current and the previous scores. This branch improves the logic by comparing the appropriate ranges and subranges.

FOCUS-34367- School Choice: Application Notes not displaying on Choice Application

Only applicable for customers using the School Choice add-on module. This branch resolves an issue where new Application Notes setup under School Choice Setup > Customize Application were not appearing on the School Choice Application unless a gradelevel or program were defined.

FOCUS-34365- Elementary Scheduler: Not able to remove restrictions placed on students

This branch resolves an issue where restrictions placed on students in the Elementary Scheduler were not removable.

FOCUS-34364- Student Final Grades: Improve Display of Saving/Changing Record

Previously, when entering or deleting a record from Student Final Grades and clicking save, the row would flash and continue to flash until the screen was refreshed. This branch corrects this display issue.

FOCUS-34329- Fixed issue with search button under More Search Options in State Performance Report

This branch resolves an issue where the State Performance Report when using More Search Options would not load as expected.

FOCUS-34326- Lunch Set-Up: Display on Student Schedule

This branch resolves an issue where Lunches, after being set up under Scheduling > Lunches, were not being displayed as expected when viewing and printing the student's schedule.

FOCUS-34322- New specific Google Translate Script system preference option

This enhancement adds a new System Preference called "Google Translate." This preference allows districts to install a standard Google Translate widget to run within Focus. This branch also ensures the Google Translate button will appear as expected on the Parent and Student portals.

FOCUS-34314- Site Administration: Add version number to update log

This enhancement adds a new column, Version, to the Site Administration Update Log. Moving forward when updating or upgrading an environment the version the site is being updated or upgraded to will be recorded in this column.

FOCUS-34309- Add School and Grade Level to Calculate Class Rank & GPA scheduled job

This enhancement adds a gradelevel and school multi-select option to Focus' built-in scheduled job Calculate Class Rank & GPA.

FOCUS-34308- Discipline referrals missing from search results

This branch fixes an issue where referrals with a closed value of N or null did not display in searches.

FOCUS-34307- Advanced Reports: Fixing the issue with edit permissions

This branch fixes an issue to allow users to edit enrollment fields even if a user doesn't have "Advanced Reports" edit permissions but has "Enrollment" fields permissions, and a published Advanced Report is available to them.

FOCUS-34292- Grade book Audit Trail 'grade change arrow' pointing in the incorrect direction.

This branch is intended to fix an issue where the 'grade change arrow' shows the incorrect direction when comparing null default break-off values.

FOCUS-34291- Improvements to Scheduled Jobs

This enhancement adds a new setting in Scheduled Jobs where the end user can define the Scheduled Timeframe. This branch also adds a new system preference, Scheduled Job email unsuccessful notifications ONLY. When checked, Focus will only send email notifications regarding scheduled jobs if the job was unsuccessful.

FOCUS-34282- Formbuilder student header may expand into form content with long values

On Forms that use the default Student Header 2, when displaying long values in the student header it may cause the columns to widen, causing other columns to be shrunk and take up more vertical space. This can cause the header to overlap with some forms' content. Columns in the header should have widths limited.

FOCUS-34257- Referrals: Checkbox for Minor Infraction only partially shows in print preview and when printed

When the print button is pressed on the minor infraction discipline referral, the boxes are not consistently sized, and the reviewed by admin checkbox and closed x is only partially shown. This branch resolves that issue.

FOCUS-34198- Exporting School Choice Setup > Programs doesn't include Remaining Seats

Only applicable for customers using the School Choice Module. This branch fixes an issue where the remaining seats are not included in the export file when exporting the school choice report.

FOCUS-34167- 'Class minutes weekly' not updating correctly when adding a 'Pull Out' section in a future SYEAR

The current functionality, when using inclusion, should subtract the class minutes assigned to the pull-out section from the main section's class minutes, and those minutes subtracted from the main section should be re-added if the pull-out section is removed from the students schedule. This functionality was not working in future school years because the update query checks if the START_DATE of the schedule record is < the CURRENT_TIMESTAMP. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-34156- Grad Requirements Report Merit

According to FLDOE, only type 1 certification are industry certifications. This branch filters all certifications on Merit Designation using this criterion.

FOCUS-30350- Form Builder: Auto-imaged student forms enhancement

This enhancement adds support for forms submitted by students using the auto-image in the form builder to be stored on the requester_id. A dropdown is added to allow the form to be identified as a user or student form when the form is created in the form builder. The branch allows a collection to be used for the preset student pulldown, so a query could be used to set the requester_id as the student_id where a school staff member is creating a form on behalf of a student that needs to be auto-imaged. As well as using the added collection query to append the student id to the dropdown to assist where there are multiple students with the same name as the student dropdown is currently named only.
