This branch corrects an issue where saving a course in Classes for Sale would not save if the course was not present in the Course Catalog.

FOCUS-34796- Contact Priority changed if no input for contact_priority in the application

Currently, if there is no input for contact priority obtained in a re-enrollment form, Focus treats the contact as having no priority set. When processed the contact priority is set to the next available priority even though it was already set in the database. This branch fixes this issue by first checking to see if a priority already exists for the contact.

FOCUS-34789- Billing: Discounting Features in Point of Sale Screen

The branch changes convenience fees to be calculated based on the total payment amount and considers limited/ once per x fees. This branch also modifies convenience fees to change accordingly if customer credit or vouchers are used.

Only applicable for customers using Florida State Reporting. This branch corrects an issue where AP courses without a test history are not getting counted correctly for Scholar Designation Earned 1 credit in AP/IB/AICE/Dual Enrollment requirement.

FOCUS-34690- API - OneRoster - GET /teachers - Include teachers even if their primary role is something else

Currently, GET /teachers only pull users with the primary role of "teacher." In the case of teachers that have an admin role, they only show up under the generic /users endpoint. This branch adds logic to include teachers in the /teachers endpoint even if their primary role evaluates to something else.

FOCUS-34679- Print Letters & Send Emails: Improve Performance

This branch limits the list of letters to letters that have been published to someone when the user has View All permission.

FOCUS-34674- Attendance: Average Daily Attendance values do not equal total.

This branch resolves an issue with rounding on the Attendance Average Daily Attendance total.

FOCUS-34670- Focus Assessments: Add Export to Gradebook button on Last Score by Activity by User

FOCUS-34651- Manage Template Fees: Select Multiple for Cost Tiers in Detail Row Prices

When selecting the price for a fee, the cost tier selection per detail row has been enhanced to a select multiple, which, when utilized to select more than one option, will keep the resulting detail rows compacted into that one row for display, with all columns the same, except cost tier.

FOCUS-34641- Update to IMM compliance function

This branch includes a migration to replace the fn_imm_calc function and replace it with an improved instance.

FOCUS-34629- Billing: Once Per Program Fees are Included in Class Price

When a fee in a given class fee template is marked as Once per program, previous functionality included the fee in the cost of the class itself. With these changes, the fee will now list separately as an additional fee during checkout until the student is charged once per program per year. These fees are no longer included in the listed or charged base price for classes for sale.

FOCUS-34609- Graduation Requirements report: English courses are counting as a foreign language.

Only applicable for customers using Florida State Reporting. This branch corrects an issue where an English course was counting towards the "Earned 4 credits for Foreign Language" scholar requirement.

FOCUS-34592- My Calendar: Add School Dropdown to Events

Currently, when creating a calendar event the school dropdown only shows if this is a parent event that will have child events. This branch allows users to specify which schools can see the event on their calendars.

FOCUS-34584- Address and Contacts: Contact details not included on the re-enrollment form are removed.

FOCUS-34562- Issue with creating bulk PMP with similar tier levels

Only applicable for customers using SSS and Florida State Reporting. When creating Bulk PMPs through Florida Reports > EWS for Tier 3 Academics, only one would be created due to the student being excluded for previous Tier 3 Bulk PMP. This branch adds event_ids in the search so the program can discern between the two PMPs.

This branch fixes Attendance Chart to not display sections which do not take attendance.

FOCUS-34087- Unscheduled Request Dropdown is not showing Period shown in Schedule Unschedule Request section.

The Periods available in the dropdown for 'With Period' on the Scheduling Requests Tab are the periods in which that course has sections for the school/year. Before this resolution, invalid period options would not display on the dropdown. With this improvement, these periods will display with an asterisk to show they were selected but are no longer a valid option.

FOCUS-32837- Call Out System: Add SMS to Workflow Triggers

Only applicable for customers using the Call Out System. This enhancement adds the ability to send sms text messages for Setup > Edit Rules & Workflow > Workflow Triggers tab. SMS messages are sent out to Recipient Users, Recipient Profiles, and Affected Parent. Letters are logged in letter logging using the parent email that was setup under Students > Addresses & Contacts > Add contact and the Recipient Email Addresses set up in workflow triggers. SMS messages are also logged in Students > Phone Communication > Request History tab. The status should display if the transaction was successful aka the message was delivered.

FOCUS-29366- Rollover: No longer delete manually created enrollment records in the new school year.

This branch adds a rollover ID to the database for enrollment records. Moving forward, if an enrollment exists solely in the next school year and was added manually through the interface, the Rollover scheduled job will not longer delete it.

FOCUS-34827- Uploaded PDFs do not render when printing

This addresses an issue where PDFs uploaded to events were not rendering when printing the event due to the url to the file not being set properly. This fix now sets the url on the file properly.
