This branch corrects a permission error when downloading PDF letters from letter logging.

FOCUS-34696- Student Portal: Error For Students with a Published Extra Credit Grade, When Other Grades are not Yet Published

If a student has a grade in an extra credit assignment and a grade in an assignment with a future publish date, show all assignments on the portal disabled and more than 0 possible points, the gradebook will attempt to calculate their current overall grade and cause a SQL error, when loading the student portal. This branch corrects this issue.

Only applicable for customers using Focus Assessments. This branch corrects an issue where the Import Assessments cron job completes sessions when students have not submitted their assessments.

FOCUS-34658- Re-enrollment: Logging field does not have syear options

This branch resolves the issue with syear options not being displayed in the re-enrollment form despite the "Show School Year" selected in the field preferences.

FOCUS-34656- Gradebook : Users able to enter very large numbers as 'points' for gradebook assignments, causing a session timeout when viewing the gradebook.

This branch limits the gradebook assignment assignment-points & 'assignment-percent' fields to prevent excessive numeric values from being entered as grades for assignments, which caused an issue where users timed out when trying to view the gradebook for a section.

FOCUS-34653- Re-Enrollments: Improvements to Approving Signature Fields

If requires authentication is turned off on a signature field, when an admin verifies the signature field, the process will skip JWT verification. Upon submission, if a signature field has a JWT token, it will now be exchanged regardless of the required verification setting.

FOCUS-34631- Issue with teacher schedule drag option not saving

When the system field users.custom_100000003 contained more than 20 characters, dragging/ dropping in the Teacher Schedules Report would not save. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-34628- Quarter Exam Grades are not being excluded.

With Quarter Exams enabled in grade preferences and excluding empty exam grades set for grade posting average, the exam grade is not excluded from the Weighted Grade Posting Average for the Semester.

FOCUS-34558- Elementary Scheduler: Ignore dropped students for Optimize Students

This branch changes the behavior of the Elementary Scheduler to ignore placement restrictions for students who have been dropped/unenrolled. When the page is loaded, it retrieves the restrictions for all of the students on the page from elementary_scheduler_restrictions. If a student has a restriction for another student who does not appear on the page due to being dropped, it will now be ignored unless that student is re-enrolled. Previously, an error appeared when attempting to optimize placements when a student has a restriction for an unenrolled student.

FOCUS-34544- Error reported when running grade transcripts.

This branch corrects an issue where when running grade transcripts for grade level 12 and weighted GPA 0 - 2.0 an error page is displayed.

FOCUS-34530- School Choice Setup: Mass Update sets values to '||||' for all select multiple fields

This branch corrects an issue where Mass Updating a select-multiple value on the School Choice Report > Programs to a value of null would store a '||||' in the database.

FOCUS-34510- Increasing the size of grad_req_original_short_name and grad_req_short_name

Due to an issue with a cronjob "Populate Graduation Requirements Summary," this branch increases the varchar length from 10 to 25 in grad_req_origional_short_name and grad_req_short_name.

FOCUS-34499- Searching for Student Enrolled in Future School Year

This branch improves Add a Student search functionality to search for student enrollment in future school years to the default school year in the end user's session.

FOCUS-34496- Purchase & Pay: Sections for Sale Should Consider School Year When Displaying Master Course Title

When displaying the title of sections for sale in Purchase & Pay, the title from the master courses is used, but it is not specifically the title from the current school year, which can be confusing if this year's entry has a different title than a selected one. This branch corrects that issue.

FOCUS-34387- Add student name format option

This enhancement adds a new student display option Last Name, First Name, Middle (Nickname) to the available selections.

FOCUS-34271- Portal Count for New Enrollments doesn't match the Add Drop Report

When on the portal page, when you click on the New Enrollments link, it takes you to the Add/Drop Report. The count on the portal page does not match the number of records on the Add Drop Report. This happens because a student does not have a profile record set up in the system. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-34158- Absence Summary: Speed improvement when navigating from the Excuse Notes alert

This branch improves the performance of the Absence Summary screen for the larger schools when the user navigates from the Portal by clicking the excuse notes alert.

FOCUS-33206- School Choice Setup: Add 'Statuses' and 'Reasons' tabs

This enhancement adds two new features to the School Choice Module. Reason codes can now be defined in the interface under School Choice Setup > Reasons. Existing customer reason codes housed in the config folder will be migrated over. Second, the branch allows customers to customize the status display names that appear to end-users on the School Choice Report and Magnet/Special Assignment screen under School Choice Setup > Statuses.

FOCUS-29446- Fix options and set default for grad program on enrollment

This branch resolves an issue where Graduation Programs options inconsistently appeared when viewing a student's enrollment record.
