FOCUS-34948- Fixed Assets: students not appearing in Checkout

System enhancement to checkout an asset to an assigned student in Fixed Assets > Assets > Checkout. Profile permission will be needed to view Checkout in the Fixed Assets module.

FOCUS-34921- Picklist - indicate when transferring drivers

System enhancement to add an indication on the picklist from driver to driver when transferring an asset. This will show the when the pickup and the delivery are on different pick lists.

Applicable for postsecondary customers. This branch corrects an issue with the Assign LCP scheduled job for districts who mix CAS and CLW/CAG test history.

FOCUS-35006- Student Portal: Some Teacher Webpage Links Resolution

In the Student Portal, class names are links to the class webpage (if one exists). At times, end users were presented with a white screen after selecting the link. After this resolution, the URL will always reference the currently effective quarter and open the webpage without error.

FOCUS-34993- Updated Assign LCP Job for Tests CLW & CAG

This branch makes two adjustments to the logic of the built-in scheduled job, Assign LCPs. First, the logic splits the current CAS test logic into tests CLW and CAG while keeping existing CAS for prior year students only. Secondly, the branch adds support for course 900023 for CAG and TAB tests.

FOCUS-34986- Discipline: Database Error on Referrals Report for an Eligibility List

This branch corrects an error when searching for Referrals and including Eligibility options under More Search Options.

FOCUS-34962- Gradebook: New Local ID Column is Blank

When the My Preference "Display Local ID in student lists" was checked, the column to display the Local ID would appear to teachers in the Gradebook, but no value was populated. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-34951- Parent Access to Webpage with multiple Students

This branch resolves an issue in which a parent with students from different schools could not access a class webpage without a database error if the class webpage was for a school different than the session selected school.

FOCUS-34912- Report Cards: Performance Improvement

Only applicable for self-hosted MSSQL customers. This branch improves the performance of loading report cards printed on MSSQL databases.

FOCUS-34849- Fix Safari error on Print ID Badges that prevents settings from displaying

Issue only present when using a Safari browser. This branch prevents a Javascript error on Print ID Badges that prevented the badge settings from displaying.

FOCUS-34846- Add a student - Alert Icons not displaying at all schools

This branch corrects an issue where end users with Add Student rights, but without permission to all schools, would not see Student Alert Icons in the Near and Exact Match sections.

FOCUS-34836- Postsecondary: Issue with teacher view of student schedule

If the Show Vocational/WDIS checkbox is not checked on the student schedule screen, the teacher cannot view the student schedule, and it appears to have scroll bars. This branch corrects that issue.

FOCUS-34784- Mobile App: Update Class Overview Name Format and Sort

Only applicable for customers with the Community Mobile App add-on. Due to the limited space, the mobile app class overview for taking attendance doesn't include middle names. But the name format doesn't match the format set in My Preferences. This branch adds functionality for the name to be similar to the name for lists in desktop Focus, but it continues not to use the middle name. The new sorting of the students (previously section than the last name) is now the full displayed name.

FOCUS-34762- Parent Portal: Display a Custody Alert for the parents of inactive students

This branch removes the criteria for the Custody Alert being displayed on the parent portal that was limited to be displayed only for actively enrolled students.

FOCUS-34739- Courses & Sections: Limit 'IET Program Number' max length to avoid database error when updating Vocational/WDIS fields.

Only applicable for Florida WDIS State Reporting customers. This branch ensures updating the IET Program Number through the interface will respect the maximum length value stored in menu_include.php.

FOCUS-34714- Scheduling: Student Listing in Courses & Sections not respecting My Preference Display Name Setting

This branch ensures the My Preference Display Name setting is respected when viewing Student Lists in Scheduling > Courses & Sections.

FOCUS-34636- Prevent purchase of class in cart from the previous school year

Only applicable for customers using Focus' Point of Sale. If a parent or student adds a course to their cart through Purchase & Pay and then the school is rolled to the next school year, this branch will remove the course from their cart.

FOCUS-34593- School Choice: Add the ability to customize Choose Programs and Upload Documents text

Only applicable for customers leveraging Focus' School Choice Module. This enhancement adds two new school choice preferences to allow districts to customize the Choose Programs and Upload Documents verbiage displayed on the School Choice Application screen. The preferences are located under Setup > School Choice Setup > Customize Application "Choose programs statement" and "Upload documents statement." Please note that this branch does not include a migration. If you are a current School Choice customer, please contact your support representative for more information.
