System enhancement to add the Pay Type to the Leave Report results in Human Resources > Reports > Leave Reports.

FOCUS-34958- Run Payroll - Generate Checks By Facility

System enhancement to have the ability to sort printed Payroll checks by Facility.

Setup > Settings > Payroll tab > "Check Ordering for New Checks" dropdown

Includes 2 choices: Employee Name or Check Location (fallback to primary facility)

The ordering is by check number. In a numeric sequence of check numbers facilities will be grouped together.

FOCUS-35197- Deadlock on database when running a select view and creating a field inside a transaction

FOCUS-35223- Student Uploads: Prevent database error

This branch corrects an issue where a database error was thrown when an end-user deleted a document in a student upload field.

FOCUS-35207- Students Mass Add Log Records by group tab logging field not editable

Before the resolution, if you navigated to the mass add log records screen and searched for students on the by group tab, the entry fields would no longer appear if you switched from a simple list to a customized list. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-35185- Gradebook: CSV Importer Not Accepting a Blank First Cell

If the first cell of the first row was blank in a CSV being used to Import Grades for an assignment, that first cell is not included in the parse of the file. Missing this first cell causes the count of columns to be off for the first row, leading to an error if the column count is consistent. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-35168- OneRoster - GET /classes: Flatten metadata.academicSession

Only applicable for customers using OneRoster API integration with HMH. IMS has clarified that nested values in the metadata should be avoided to maintain compatibility with CSVs. This branch removes the nesting in favor of a single "metadata.academicSessionSourcedId" value containing the marking period's UUID.

FOCUS-35163- Reporting for New Vendors

System enhancement to add a new Vendor Report. This report will show Contractors name, Address, Tax ID, Hire date or date of contract execution. Profile permission is needed to view under Setup > Settings> AP > New Vendor Report.

FOCUS-35155- Billing: Point of Sale Payment Fix

Only applicable for customers using K12 billing. When checking out through the point-of-sale (POS), the display was incorrect when one or more discounts were applicable.

FOCUS-35148- Application Editor: Closing new contact area hides Add New Contact button

This resolution fixes an issue where the Add New Contact button would be removed from an Online Application or Re-Enrollment form after the end-user clicked the Close button within the New Contact area.

FOCUS-35108- Updates to Application Courses

This enhancement made two changes to the Application Courses feature of the Online Application. First, it removes the program drop-down and zip code search from the Application Courses. Now, all programs will display under the selected courses section. Secondly, the program will require students to select their first priority class before selecting their second or third class.

FOCUS-35101- Portal Message: getting only one student profile, so grade level are not visible for all other student profiles

This branch corrects an issue where grade levels are not available for all student profiles when setting up portal messages if more than one student profile exists.

FOCUS-35098- Kiosk crediting more hours than allowed on the section

Only applicable for postsecondary customers using the kiosk. When checking in from a break using the kiosk attendance scanner, the wrong code was leveraged, and the number of hours was set to the sum of the current hours. Subsequent or final checkout would correct the error. This branch corrects the issue.

FOCUS-35095- Change Student Groups to Datatable

This branch improves the load performance of Student Groups.

FOCUS-35087- Standards Uploader: Some standards not being added to courses as expected.

Only applicable for postsecondary customers. This branch resolved an issue where when creating the CTE_Standards_JSON file for the 2022-2023 school year, some course number information is being left out, causing some standards not to be attached to courses.

FOCUS-35037- Changing course in Course History trigger change for Grad Subject, Scale and flags

When you change an existing course in a student's Course History record, this branch ensures the program is reading from the values in the Scheduling/Master Courses and updating the Graduation Program, Course Flags, and Grading Scale to match the new course. If no values exist, they should be set to blank.

FOCUS-35000- School Folder pdf are not downloading and getting 404 ERROR

Only applicable to Florida State Reporting customers. This branch resolves an error from appearing when end-user download school folder PDFs.

FOCUS-34997- State Performance Alphanumeric Scores.

This branch supplies missing alpha numeric test score type data on the State Performance Report.

FOCUS-34864- Remove Mark All Present Button from the Attendance Chart

If the system preference "Teachers enter hours present" is checked, the Mark All Present button is removed for teachers on the Attendance Chart.

FOCUS-34608- Assessments not showing up correctly on Graduation Requirements.

This branch resolves an issue where assessments were not being correctly determined in the Graduation Requirements Report.

FOCUS-34106- Billing: Keep cart ID when an error occurs

Only applicable for customers using the K12 billing module. This branch will now store the cart ID in the store_log error messages if a cart ID exists.

FOCUS-33686- Applicant Tracking

System development of new module called Applicant Tracking. This new module will allow Districts to publish applications from Focus and conduct Human Resource onboarding of new employees.

FOCUS-35100- Required PMP fields with a dropdown and free text fields require both to be filled out

A new validation for PMP was added and as a result if a field has two inputs, both must be filled out in order for the record to be saved. This fix updates the validation and if either one or both inputs have a value, the whole field should validate successfully.

FOCUS-35061- Goals & Objectives using the goal bank is validated as if the goal bank were disabled

This fix adds a separate validation scheme that is needed with the goal bank to allow users to save the goals & objectives step in the IEP with Goal Bank event.

FOCUS-34852- Add blank options to PMP dropdowns

This enhancement adds blank options to the dropdowns in Academic/Behavior PMP events so that no option is selected by default.

FOCUS-34460- Fix class reference in SSS portal alerts

This fix allows users the ability to lock an event without errors when using an Event Trigger with Action: Create Profile Portal Alert with Link.

FOCUS-33165- Threat Assessment event trigger uses hardcoded custom field ID

The standard "Push Form To Logging Entry" trigger action now uses column name or column alias instead of the ID.
