System enhancement to Applicant Tracking to add a 'Resend email' checkbox to Employee > Applications > General Application > References. This allows the user to resend an email to a reference if that reference has not been submitted.

FOCUS-37818- School Choice: Resolve Sort on Projected Grade with Multiple Enrollment Records

Only applicable to customers using the School Choice Module. This branch resolves an issue where the choice module leveraged a student's second school enrollment record to determine the projected gradelevel over the student's primary enrollment record.

FOCUS-37811- Classes For Sale: Resolve calculation of Remaining Seats

Only applicable to customers using Postsecondary (CTE) and Before/Aftercare modules. This branch corrects the calculation of remaining seats in classes for sale to be predicated from the start date entered from the classes for sale setup screen.

FOCUS-37810- Discipline: Better Messaging of Merge Referrals (More than 1 Selection)

This branch improves the messaging presented to customers when merging referrals that only one referral can be selected at a time during the merge event.

FOCUS-37793- Scheduling: Allow NA Option on Graduation Subject Fields on Master Schedule Report.

This branch allows the selection of a NA option in the graduation subject fields within the Master Schedule Report.

FOCUS-37788- Grad. Req. Setup: Extend the Maximum Character limit on Graduation Requirement Program's titles

This branch adjusts the maximum character limitation on Graduation Requirement Programs from 50 to 250 characters.

This branch allows users with edit permissions to delete a comment through the Attendance Administration screen.

This branch resolves an error from appearing on the Community App if the Twitter URL entered is invalid.

FOCUS-37723- Gradebook Assignments: DataTables saved inside assignment comments causes error.

This branch resolves an issue where if a teacher has pasted dataTable html inside of an assignment comment when you click on the individual student's name to view their assignment grades, the page fails to load & eventually gives the user a 'Page unresponsive error.'

FOCUS-37558- Expand Florida Shots integration to capture the Varicella Illness Date when importing Immunizations.

Only applicable to Florida customers leveraging Florida Shots. This enhancement expands the Florida Shots integration to record a student's Varicella Illness Date into the Immunization Logging field under Type L for "Varicella disease." Upon import from Florida Shots, if applicable, a student's year of Varicella Contraction will populate into the Vaccination Date 1 column. Please note that, at times, only the contract year is transmitted in the information from Florida Shots. In that event, the Vaccination Date 1 will insert a record of '1/1/{YEAR}' to prevent issues with FASTER and immunization compliance functionality.

FOCUS-37524- When modifying Student Schedule records through Advanced Report, modified by column saved incorrect information

When modifying the Student Schedule records through an Advanced Report, the modified by column was storing the staff_id vs. the appropriate First, Last name with a date value. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-37477- Report Cards: Adjust logic of Printed Teacher Name

When generating Report Cards, if a student is enrolled in multiple sections of the course used for sorting, the section taught by the teacher whose name comes first alphabetically is used. This branch modifies this logic to prefer sections that are marked as graded.

FOCUS-36873- Address Zoned Schools Rollover Issue

This branch changes how parsed addresses are updated. When running the Parse Address Scheduled Job, the address would be updated for next year, which is not the intended functionality. Now when running the job, only the selected checkbox years in the job's setup are updated; meanwhile, updating the parsed address through student demographics will run the update for both the current syear and the next syear.

FOCUS-36779- School Choice: Display primary contact's phones on the application screen

Only applicable to customers using the School Choice module. This enhancement changes the functionality of the School Choice Application to display the primary contact's work phone and home phone if such information is available in the contacts info. If the home phone of a contact is not saved, the address's home phone will be displayed in both fields as it was displayed before this change.

FOCUS-37578- School Choice: Finalizing enrollment on the Evaluate Placement causes declining applications
