Mass Lock Events

The Mass Lock Events screen is used to mass lock events by program. You can choose to include or exclude active or inactive instances.

All steps are validated for active events before locking. Only active events with a status of Complete and Unlocked will be locked during this process.

Mass Locking Events

1. In the SSS menu, click Mass Lock Events.

2. In the Program pull-down, select the desired program.

Each event in the program is listed. Only the events you have permission to lock are displayed. The Include Active Instances and Include Inactive Instances check boxes are selected by default. The Active Instance Count and Inactive Instance Count columns indicate how many instances of each event are currently active or inactive.

3. Select Mass Lock Instances next to each desired event.

4. To exclude active events, deselect Include Active Instances next to the event. To exclude inactive events, deselect Include Inactive Instances next to the event.

5. Click Submit.

6. In the confirmation pop-up window, click Yes.

Another pop-up window displays, indicating how many instances were locked.

7. Click the X to close the pop-up window.
