System improvement to ensure inactive accounts do not show from Setup > Settings > Elements in Budgeting/General Ledger>Budget> Trial Balance and Fixed Assets > Setup > Categories.
FOCUS-35287- Add column to Forms -> <Form Name> -> Pending Approval to display student name/ID
An additional column was added to Forms > "Form Name" > Pending Approval Tab that displays the students name & student ID, if the field on the form is called Student Dropdown.
FOCUS-35468- Show last four of ssn if has permission
System improvement adding a profile permission to view last four of SSN in Human Resources > Staff > Employee dropdown menu. To enable: ERP > Setup > Profiles > Permissions > User Fields > Permissions for Social Security Number. ERP > Setup > Settings > Payroll > General Settings - Display SSN in Employee Dropdown is set to No. Note*If Display SSN in Employee Dropdown is set to Yes, the full SSN displays.
FOCUS-34693- Add Holiday Multiplier
System improvement adding Double Time and Half and Holiday-Double Time and Half overtime in Payroll > Pay Runs > Run Payroll.
FOCUS-35582- API Import Assignments: Create Categories by Template (if attached) During Sync if Import is Requested to a Quarter Without Categories Yet
If an assignment is to be imported by the API into a marking period where the section does not have the assignments category, this branch implements a change where Focus will perform a gradebook template sync on the section for that marking period (if there is any template to sync), only if this does not lead to the creation of the category or category join needed for the sync, proceed to cancel the sync with an error.
FOCUS-35544- Add link to teacher name on Teacher Schedules Report
This enhancement turns the teacher's name on the Teacher Schedules Report into a quick link that directs end users to User Information.
FOCUS-35521- Pull Grades: Use to Date Quarter Grade for Progress Period Grades When Progress Period Weighting is Not Setup
When progress period weighting is enabled and weights setup, the pulled grade for progress periods is based on grades during the progress period only. With this branch, the progress period's quarter grade is pulled when progress periods are not weighted. If the system preference for not including grades after the end date in progress period grades is enabled, then the progress period grade is the quarter grade up to the end date of the progress period (based on assignment due dates).
FOCUS-35498- Frontline Leave - Add Switch To Exclude Subs
System enhancement that adds a new setting to the job configuration for Frontline Leave. When checked, all processing of substitutes will be skipped.
FOCUS-35477- Average Daily Attendance, Total numbers in the wrong column
This branch corrects a display issue when printing the Average Daily Attendance report.
FOCUS-35426- Verification Sheets/Sub Rosters - Display only FTE periods and ADA Overrides if 'Use FTE Period' is selected
This branch implements the following improvements to Attendance Verification Sheets/Sub Rosters when leveraging FTE Periods: 1) The report will now only display the FTE periods designated in the Attendance Calendar as well as periods that have individual student ADA Overrides (notated in the PEIMS tab in student demo). 2) Removes the ADA Override table at the end of the report and replaces it with listing the exceptional periods with students who have overrides in period order under each teacher. 3) The report will only display students with active overrides for the current school year. 4) Automatically unchecks the FTE Period when the option "One page per day per class (With empty Absent/Present/Tardy columns" is selected.
FOCUS-35423- Lesson Planning | Not teacher completion report
Only applicable to customers using the LMS module. This branch corrects an issue where teachers were appearing on the Teacher Completion Report who had completed their lesson plan.
FOCUS-35379- Move template drop down box to top of screen
This enhancement moves the "Letterhead Template" select option to the top of the Report Cards and Transcripts page.
FOCUS-35260- Add System Pref Password Expiration options
This enhancement updates the "User Password expire after 60 days" and "Student and Parent Password expire after 60 days" system preferences to select ones with options of None, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days.
FOCUS-35131- Add Staff Include/Exclude option on FLEID Export/Import Scheduled Job
Only applicable for Florida State Reporting customers. This enhancement adds a new option, "Don't Transmit/Import Staff" on the built-in scheduled job FLEID Export/Import. When checked staff will not be transmitted.
FOCUS-35107- Add Hyperlinks to IPEDS and Update Report Criteria
With this feature enhancement, there is now a hyperlink for each cell. When the students are shown the student ID is a link that, when clicked, opens a new tab to Student Demographics.

This branch resolves a formatting issue when downloading the Print Class Lists.

FOCUS-35154- Update accommodation options
Accommodation options are configurable by clients, and therefore aren't updated by the normal importer. Several options need to be updated in cases where clients have not made customizations. Changes are documented in the September Update Article.
FOCUS-35060- SSS Audit Trail
This enhancement adds the ability to see 'form' history when viewing form instances inside of an event. A new History button was added to the event toolbar at the top of event steps between the Print & Return to Manage Student buttons.
