FOCUS-35796- Leave | Override calendar workdays

System enhancement to have the ability to approve a Leave Request that falls on a weekend, holiday or non-calendar work day. To enable setting Setup > General Ledger > Settings > ESS - Override Leave Buckets. The setting is linked to Human Resources > Leave > Leave Maintenance > Buckets tab. New column - Can request outside of workdays. When setting is enable it will allow for leave request to bypass work calendars and allow leave request to route through the approval flow.

FOCUS-35651- Add Requester Staff ID to EAF Approval Flow

System enhancement to add the Responsible Facility and Requester Staff ID to the approval permission for Employee Action Form in the Setup > Approval Flow process

System enhancement to add FMLA warning message in Setup > General Ledger> Settings > ESS. This branch also includes a setting to 'Dis-allow Date Spanning Leave Requests' that will require the requester to enter leave by day/date.

This enhancement adjusts Ed-Fi Setup, Descriptor Maps; term mapping now includes marking periods from 6 previous years.

FOCUS-35813- Inactive Students Data not Showing on Published Report Cards

If a student transfers schools, they become inactive at the prior school. This action was causing certain elements within the published district report card not to display. This branch corrects that issue.

FOCUS-35800- Update IPEDS Graduation Rates

Before the branch, students were not appearing on the graduation rates tab of the IPEDS report. With the branch students who have a schedule record with a course completion code marked as an IPEDS exclusion.

FOCUS-35790- Automated Emails Job: Improve Error Messaging

This branch improves the error messaging detail when a scheduled job fails to assist in troubleshooting.

FOCUS-35779- Mobile App: Photos missing when viewing students

This branch corrects an issue in the mobile app where the student photo displays in the student list but not after selecting the student if that student does not have a current school year photo.

FOCUS-35775- Attendance Chart: Improve Display of Minutes

This branch corrects an issue where the Attendance Chart was not correctly displaying the number of minutes from the database.

FOCUS-35769- Community Mobile App: Respect Attendance Calendar when displaying In Progress

Currently, if there is no school scheduled for today, the "In Progress" label still shows if the scheduled class time is now. It does not take into account the attendance calendar. This branch checks to see if the current day is scheduled for school before returning the "In Progress" label on the Community Mobile App.

Only applicable to customers using Florida state reporting. This enhancement adds a new option to the FASTER Outgoing Transcripts scheduled job, allowing users to pick an "MSIX School Year." This new element tells the program which year should be checked when pulling Fed/State Migrant information.

This branch resolves an issue where tardies equal to zero are appended by a space on Report Cards.

FOCUS-35536- Discipline: Updating referral field title results in database error

This branch resolves an issue where a database error was returned after changing a discipline referral field title.

FOCUS-35505- Add Dismiss Option to Change Requests

This enhancement adds a Cancel button to show on Change Requests that the user did not create if the permission to cancel other users change requests is enabled.
