FOCUS-36314- Work order enhancements
System enhancement to Work Orders > Work Orders > Work Order Requests requiring a Draft title when creating a work order. Also adding additional function buttons: Print Worksheet, View, Enter Work Details. Request History also has a new column labeled 'Assignee' to see what user is assigned to that work order.
FOCUS-36312- Prevent deleting a vendor address attached to a PO
System improvement in Purchasing/Accounts Payable > Accounts Payable > Vendors Customer preventing the primary address in Vendors/Customers from being deleted.
FOCUS-36322- Include Course Title column to Pending Payments table
FOCUS-35704- MIsc Pay | Import validation
System enhancement to validate the data from the import file for Misc Pay on Payroll > Pay Runs > Run Payroll > Misc Pay Tab.
FOCUS-36454- Post Standard Grades: Resolve an issue in Detailed View that impacts students' prior marking period posted grades.
Revision 11.0.71 introduced an issue with Post Standard Grades. When leveraging the detailed view, as teachers post standard grades for Quarter 2, it can negatively impact Quarter 1 posted standard grades for some students. This branch resolves that issue.

Only applicable to self-hosted customers on MSSQL. This branch resolves a database error on Post Standard Grades as a teacher.

FOCUS-36392- Grades: Teacher Completion Report (MSSQL)
Only applicable to customers self-hosted on MSSQL. This branch corrects a database error on Grade Teacher Completion Report.
FOCUS-36389- Saving empty dates in Schedule causes empty strings
This branch checks for an empty string and converts it to null when updating a schedule record. The branch also includes a migration to clean any empty strings present on the schedule table.
FOCUS-36388- Approve Grade Change (MSSQL)
Only applicable to self-hosted MSSQL customers. This branch prevents a database error from appearing when attempting to approve a grade change.
FOCUS-36386- Exception is thrown on Online Application
This branch resolves an error from appearing to parents when accessing a previously saved in-progress Online Application.
FOCUS-36383- Community App Performance Improvement
Only applicable to customers with the Community Mobile App. This branch limits the students listed in the mobile app to 50 to increase performance.
FOCUS-36376- Pull Grades for Report Cards: Database Error
This branch resolves a database error message for postsecondary schools using Pull Grades for Report Cards.
FOCUS-36365- Final Grades, GPA, & Class Rank: Improve data entry when adjusting Course Number
This branch improves data entry on Final Grades, GPA, and Class Rank; end-users will no-longer need to select the course number twice when altering an existing entry's course number.
FOCUS-36342- Print Letters & Send Emails Gradebook Insert fields not Populating
This branch corrected an issue where gradebook grades were not showing in a Print Letter & Send Email letter template that contained those insert fields.
FOCUS-36338- Purchase & Pay | Disable selecting invoice if the facility does not have a Portal Enabled Cash Drawer
This branch adds a change to Purchase and Pay. If an item has been invoiced and the cash drawer is 'Portal' disabled, a message displays in red 'Warning: Selection has been Disabled for this Invoice Reason: Cash Drawer Is Not Enabled for this Facility.' and the invoiced item can not be selected.
FOCUS-36334- Print Transcripts: Transcript Missing Fields when School Inactive
This branch fixes an issue when printing transcripts for a student who was enrolled in a currently inactive school.
FOCUS-36323- School Choice: 'CC Email' Option on Print Letters
Only applicable to customers leveraging the School Choice module. This enhancement adds the ability to CC an email address for emails sent from "Print Letters" (Setup > Print Letters) and to be able to CC a copy of the application confirmation receipt (Setup > School Choice Setup > Customize Application - Magnet/Customize Application - SPA/Customize Application - Choice).
FOCUS-36321- Average Daily Attendance: Resolve display issue in District Summary month column
This branch corrects an issue when loading the Average Daily Attendance report while grouping records by month, the values in the month column were not visible.
FOCUS-36317- School Choice 'Save' Label and Statement Preference
This branch implements two new options in School Choice Setup > Customize Applications Choice called "Save application label" and "Save application statement"
FOCUS-36315- error in query when calendar does not have linked bell_schedule_id
This branch corrects an issue in the attendance calendar when users were checking dates and saving was resulting in a white screen.
FOCUS-36299- Prefer gradelevel from current year
This branch corrects an issue when students are requesting a course that is limited to a specific gradelevel. Previously this was looking at the current year enrollment gradelevel but it will now look at the future year enrollment gradelevel.
FOCUS-36264- Gradebook: Large Images in Assignment Comments Cause Browser to Freeze
This branch fixes how images are saved within assignment comments to work like the rich text for assignment and web page descriptions. The branch also introduces a new size limit for images within the gradebook or webpages rich text editors of 500kb, if an image of a larger size is provided, a new popup error requests that the user edit the image to a smaller file size before uploading.
FOCUS-36253- Merge Students: Resolve issue with merging Files on MSSQL
This branch corrects an error that was occurring on MSSQL sites when trying to merge students.
FOCUS-36250- Feature Enhancement: New System Preference File Size Limit
This branch adds a new File Size Limit system preference which allows the setting of a maximum file size that could be uploaded.
FOCUS-36204- School Choice: Add Min and Max Year to School Choice Programs
Only applicable to customers with the School Choice module. This feature enhancement adds a min and max year to School Choice Setup Programs. All subsequent features of the choice program will respect the years defined in these fields.
FOCUS-36166- Student Enrollment: Resolve Error Message
This branch corrects an error of "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'value')" for some users when selecting the enrollment record for a student
FOCUS-36138- Receiving an Error on Terms and Conditions when user uploaded English or Spanish file on mobile device
Only applicable to customers using the Community Mobile App. This branch ensures that uploaded terms and condition documentation is visible on the mobile app.
FOCUS-36135- Enrollment: Resolve Display Issue with Enrollment Codes
This branch resolves an issue with Enrollment Codes not displaying as expected on the Student Enrollment screen.
FOCUS-35967- Online Enrollments Report: Add Comments Option
This feature enhancement adds a new system field called "Unprocessed Application Comments." End users with permission to access this student field will see it not just in Student Info, but as a new column in the Online Enrollments Unprocessed Applications report.
FOCUS-35842- Change Profile dropdown in user search to multiselect swiftbox
This enhancement changes the profiles search option to a multi-select for More Search Options of User Info.
FOCUS-35776- School Choice - Make Notes, Preferences, and choice Custom Fields year specific
Only applicable to customers using the School Choice module. This enhancement makes School Choice Setup Customize programs year specific. Customers may now edit preferences, fields, and application notes in the applications' applicable year without impacting setup from prior years.
FOCUS-35735- Custom Fields: Resolve display issue of field names with view access.
This branch resolves an issue where fields set by a Linked Field edit rule would not display their title to end-users with view-only access.
FOCUS-35114- Lesson Planner Template Not displaying when selected in public or internal tabs
This branch fixes an issue that when you added a new lesson plan and then selected to import a template into either the public or internal tabs it was not displaying unless you refreshed the screen.
FOCUS-29285- Update Modify Programs for Basic Skills
This branch is a feature enhancement to Modify Programs. This branch introduces new columns to Modify Programs which will allow districts to maintain their own programs. You can enter scores and levels in the new columns to process TABE and CASAS test to update Basic Skills Exam on the student schedule record. When this branch merges a migration runs and populates (from ps_programs table) the hardcoded test scores and programs in Modify Programs. To turn on levels for TABE and CASAS exams then Enable the Scheduling System Preference.
FOCUS-36393- Update event unlocking message
The enhancement updates the message when unlocking an SSS event, the message is now generic to address all triggers both default and custom.
FOCUS-36331- Change school permission logic for Form Builder school dropdown
This fix addresses an issue when user with multiple school permissions (active and inactive) opens a form request, the school dropdown shows all schools, even though the user is active only at one.
FOCUS-36102- Total school minutes may change after locking
This fix addresses an issue when a school's total minutes value is changed in SIS, any locked IEPs that don't include an override will use the new total minutes for any calculations. With this fix, after locking an event, total minutes should NOT change in a locked event.
FOCUS-36059- Set school when creating SSS alerts from event triggers
This fix addresses an issue where event triggers that create alerts should set the school column on the Alerts screen as the SSS alert triggers do.
FOCUS-35954- SSS/Formbuilder Snapshot (November 2022)
FOCUS-35607- Display "Select One" initially for the event in the new event dropdown
This fix addresses an issue on the Manage Student screen on the event dropdown where users select the event to initiate and selects whichever the first element happens to be. This can cause users to accidentally initiate that first event if they're not paying attention. It should initially be set to a Select One option that doesn't allow the event to be initiated.
