EOY Test Crosswalk Setup
The EOY Test Crosswalk Setup screen allows the district to add, edit, or delete the end of year tests and their associated valid courses. Focus references this table during EOY Processing.
1. In the Florida Reports menu, click EOY Test Crosswalk Setup.
The table displays each end of year test and the associated valid courses, which is pulled from the Course Code Directory.
2. To add a record to the table, select the Test and Valid Courses in the top row of the table. One or multiple courses can be selected for the test.
3. Press Enter to add the row.
4. To edit a record in the table, adjust the Test and/or Valid Courses.
Your changes are auto-saved once you Tab or click out of the field.
5. To delete a record in the table, click the red minus sign.
6. In the confirmation message, click OK.
