Survey - Production Discrepancies

The Survey - Production Discrepancies module displays students who contain data in Focus that differs from the data stored in the O-file for Surveys 2, 3, or 5.

1. From the Florida Reports menu, click Survey - Production Discrepancies.

2. Click Survey 2, Survey 3, or Survey 5 depending on the list of discrepancies you need to review.

It is important to download the current O-file before proceeding.

3. Before reviewing the report, you also have the option to view All Schools by selecting the corresponding check box. If left cleared, data will pull for the school selected/ logged into via the school pull-down located in the header.

The report lists the student's Student ID, Florida ID, Alias, Student Name, Enrolled School, Survey, W/D Date, FEFP Number, Exceptional Student Plan Date, ELL Entry Date, ELL Exit Date, Date Entered United States School, Home Language Survey Date, Immunization Status Code, Lunch Status Code, Gender Code, Grade Level Code, Race, and PK-12 English Language Learners. Starting with W/D Date (withdrawal date) everything is listed for Focus and the O-file to compare data.

4. Click the Student ID number to open the Student Info screen.

Additional Features

If the results contain several pages of students, Page numbers will display along with Prev and Next buttons. Utilize these buttons to navigate through pages. Click the Page text box to enter a page number. Press Enter to jump to that page.

To export the listed data to an Excel spreadsheet, click on the Excel icon in the Export section.

To print data, click on the Printer icon in the Export section.

Click Filters to organize the listed students.

a. To add more than one filter to a column, click the green plus sign.

b. To delete an additional filter, click the red minus sign.

c. For additional filtering options, click the gray arrow for a filter pull-down.

Data here can also be organized by clicking on any of the headers, such as Middle Name; click once for ascending results; click twice for descending results. In the image shown, Student Name was clicked twice; therefore, the listed student names begins with Z.
