WDIS Accuracy Reports contains Industry Certification reports similar to the K12 School Grade Accuracy Industry Certification reports.
1. From the Florida Reports menu, click WDIS Accuracy Reports.
2. Click the Survey pull-down to select the applicable survey data.
In order to generate WDIS Accuracy Reports, Survey Dates must be defined via the Florida Reports Setup menu > Survey Dates tab.
3. Data will only be pulled for the selected school, i.e. the school you are logged into via the school pull-down located in the header. If needed, to pull data for all schools, select the check box to search All Schools.
4. On the WDIS Accuracy Reports screen, you will notice several tabs along the left. Click the following tabs/reports to review data for specific areas, such as Industry Certs, Industry Certs Missing From Extract, Industry Log Field Certs with No Information System Defined, and Passed Industry Certs.
Depending on the report selected, different information will display. In the example shown, the Passed Industry Certs report is displayed, which lists the Student, FLEID, School, Certification Location, CTE/AGE Program Code, Industry Certification, and Industry Certification Outcome.
5. In every report that pertains to student data, you have the option to open a student's record. Click on the student name displayed in the Student column.
Clicking a student's name opens Student Info in a separate window.
To close the panel, click the X. Doing so will allow for more room on the screen, which will be helpful when viewing large reports. To make the panel reappear, click the arrow where the panel used to display.
Click Filters to filter the report.
a. To add more than one filter to a column, click the green plus sign.
b. To delete an additional filter, click the red minus sign.
c. For additional filtering options, click the gray arrow for a filter pull-down.
Data here can be organized by clicking on any of the headers, such as Student or School; click once for ascending results; click twice for descending results.
To export data to an Excel spreadsheet, click on the Excel icon in the Export section.
To print data, click on the Printer icon in the Export section.
