Standard Grades Report Cards: Subject grades are not printing for students withdrawn from one school but re-enrolled in a different school. This branch corrects that issue.

This branch corrects an issue where the new sub-profile permission for Reason Codes under Attendance Setup was not displaying for customers outside of Vermont or Florida.

Only applicable for customers using Focus' Analytics add-on module. This branch adds a group_id column to the powerbi_report_configs table that indicates the workspace the report is in.

FOCUS-33403- Fix birthdays today/tomorrow for teachers

If teachers had access to referrals and a referral alert was present in the alerts section of the Portal, subsequently, the portal alert for student birthdays today/tomorrow wasn't working. This branch corrects this issue.

Only applicable for self-hosted MSSQL customers. This branch corrects a database error when approving Grade Change Requests.

The branch corrects an issue with the new age restricts feature on Online Applications.

This branch hides the User Birthdays header in the portal block if the system preference to disable User Birthday alerts is enabled.

FOCUS-33343- Correct View Permissions for Admin on Lesson Planning Completion Report

Only applicable for customers using Focus' Lesson Planning add-on module. Currently admins cannot view Lesson Planning details because the permission that is being checked was removed in a previous branch; this branch restores the permission.

FOCUS-33335- Standard Grades Report Cards: Add Concurrent Schools Option

If a student is concurrently enrolled in a second school with a schedule and standard grades but without any schedule/grade records at the primary school, then standard grades report cards will not print. This branch corrects that issue by adding an option to include grades from concurrent schools.

FOCUS-33326- Only Show Unattached Google Classroom Assignments

Only applicable for customers leveraging Focus' Google Classroom integration. Before the branch if an assignment was attached to a Google assignment the assignment would still appear in the Google assignment dropdown. With the branch only unattached assignments will appear.

FOCUS-33316- 2FA IP restriction

This branch adds a feature for sites using Two Factor Authentication. Now we have the ability to define an IP range that will allow devices to bypass the Authenticator if their IP address falls within the range. IP ranges are defined in two new system preferences located under Default School Preferences, General.

FOCUS-33287- New Preference to Control Elementary Scheduler Edit

This enhancement adds a new scheduling preference, Lock Making Changes on Elementary Scheduler as of date, that allows districts to lock users out from the Elementary Scheduler as of a specific date.

FOCUS-33193- Hide 'Approved by Teacher' column in Class Requests if 'Teachers approve course requests' is disabled

If the system preference Teachers Approve Course Requests is disabled, Focus will now hide the Approved by Teacher column in Students, Class Requests.

FOCUS-33077- Create Mass Assign User Profiles Page

This feature enhancement adds a new menu option 'Mass Assign User Profiles'; this page functions very similar to Students > Mass Add Log Records (By Group), where the end user can add a logging field, in this case permissions, to multiple users at once. When the rows are populated the user can be selected, saved and the profile record(s) is/are added to the user(s). Note that the profiles available to be selected are based on what the users profile having the Allow Editing of profile permission similar to the regular permissions tab.

This branch adds a new Student Schedule permission, 'Allow User to Delete Sections'. Now Post Secondary Teachers and Admin users will need edit permission to 'Allow User to Delete Sections' in order to delete sections from the Student Schedule screen.

Attendance alerts for unexcused absences now display for all attached students.

FOCUS-31407- Focus Assessments: Add Teacher Assessments

Only applicable for customer using Focus' Assessment module. This feature enhancement creates a Teacher Assessment screen under the Grades menu. Any activity not checked as District Assessment will be a Teacher Assessment. Only activities marked District Assessment will appear on the District Assessment screen; all other assessments will appear on the Teacher Assessment screen.

FOCUS-33301- Caseload & Services > 'Service History' Student dropdown no longer limited by School in Top Right all the time

Currently, the Caseload & Services > 'Service History' page provides a list of Students in the Student dropdown based on the School selected in Top Right, and any Providers selected in the Provider dropdown. This branch modifies the Student options in the following way: If the User has the view_all_users permission, the Student list IS restricted by school_id + any selected Providers, in order to limit the total number of students returned. If the User does not have view_all_users permission, the Student list is NOT restricted by school_id but only by Provider, because they may provide Service at a school they do not have SIS permissions to. The Student list in the Student dropdown does not take syear into account, but the search results do because of the date range search option.

FOCUS-32979- Make SSS permission checks school-based

This fix addresses an issue where SSS pulls profiles from all schools for a user instead of the current school. The fix makes it so SSS pulls profiles for the current school.
