Default on for profiles that have Edit Assets. If un-checked, hide the tab.

A system update to ensure employees cannot be deleted if they have data in staff jobs or job positions data tables.

FOCUS-33564- API: GET /enrollments correction for primary teachers that were once co-teachers

In the Third Party Systems (API), if a teacher was a co-teacher for a class and transitions to primary teacher, GET /enrollments was pulling the co-teaching start/end dates. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-33551- MSB: Correction for Follow Up Course

When a followup course is selected in the Master Schedule Builder for a section and the parent section's period is not locked, the followup course was not scheduling properly. With this branch, the followup course will be scheduled in the same period as the parent section and applicable marking period.

FOCUS-33538- Scholar Designation - BCS1010C course not showing on eq chem

Only applicable for customers using Florida State Reporting. Courses defined in the Course Catalog with a Biology Graduation subject and the Dual Enrollment indicator defined (any value not equal to Z) will now count towards the Scholar Designation "Earned 1 Credit in Course Equally-Rigorous to Chemistry/Physics."

FOCUS-33524- Recalculate Daily Attendance on Referral Action Attendance Records

Previously, if an end user added an action record on a referral that would impact attendance, but did not click the enter button on their computer to add the action record to the datatable prior to save, the Recalculate Daily Attendance job was not executing. This resolution ensure that job will be called regardless of the end user clicking the enter button on the action record prior to saving the referral.

FOCUS-33517- Absences by Course and Student: Do not include schedule records from the marking periods outside of the selected timeframe

This branch fixes the issue with incorrect Days Possible values on the Absences by Course and Student screen when student was scheduled for the same course in a marking period outside of the selected report timeframe.

FOCUS-33505- Improve Display on Audit Trail, Enrollment

When viewing the Audit Trail for a user under User Info the Enrollment report will now display the title of the profile vs. the profile database ID.

FOCUS-33497- Student Info Information Box isn't displayed on hover (Top Right)

This branch corrects a database error that was preventing the student information box on hover from showing when the re-enrollment restrictions box was checked on a student.

FOCUS-33496- Online Enrollments: Form Approval not showing uploaded files for all students

This branch ensures that an end-user when approving re-enrollment forms from Online Enrollments can click to preview an uploaded file from the parent/student before approving/denying.

FOCUS-33495- Online Enrollments: Consider Min/Max Year in School Gradelevels for Unprocessed Applications report

When processing Online Applications through Online Enrollments > Unprocessed Applications, potential applicants whose applicant gradelevel is inactive (by min or max year) in the session's school will not longer appear in the list.

FOCUS-33494- Create Detentions from Tardies Scheduled Job

This branch fixes an issue with the "Create Detentions from Tardies" scheduled job where it is including tardies from days beyond the set timeframe days when using the "Custom days" timeframe option.

FOCUS-33491- Allow Average Pass/Fail Grades: Support Letter Only Grading Methods

This branch makes the following improvements to Average Pass/Fail Grades, Split Full Year into Semesters: 1) The report will now display students with failing full year grades when the corresponding semester grades is a letter grade. 2) For each marking period column, the report will display the letter grade.

FOCUS-33487- SSRS Reports: SSRS Templates dropdown showing too many options

This branch implements an improvement to the SSRS Reports, Generate tab. SSRS Templates dropdown will now filter the options list to only show template options that apply to the valid grade levels configured in the school selected in the end-user's session (top-right).

FOCUS-33486- Posted Grades Verification Report Correction for Full Year Grades

This branch corrects inflated full year calculated grade on the Posted Grades Verification Report.

FOCUS-33447- Advanced Reports: Hide deleted entries from Re-Enrollment Restriction fields

When adding re-enrollment restrictions logging field elements to an Advanced Reports, deleted entries were displaying in the results. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-33398- Included a warning pop up message when user tries to delete class from schedule via end date.

This improvement adds a pop-up message on Student Schedule when an end-user inserts or updates a schedule end date that is before the schedule start date: 'Warning: The end date you entered is before the start date and will delete this schedule record. Would you like to continue?'

FOCUS-33387- Standard Grades report card: Pull down comments duplicated

Currently if the student standard grade record does not have a regular comment, but does have a pull-down comment, the comment section was being duplicated on the Standard Grades Report Card. This branch fixes the issue.

FOCUS-33372- Online Application: CKEditor fix for displaying number/bullet points

This resolution corrects an issue where number/bullet points configured in the CK Editor in the application editor were not visible to the parent/student when completing an online application/re-enrollment form.

FOCUS-33363- Staff Calendar Drop-Down in Calendar: Limited Users

This branch ensures all applicable end-users will display in the staff dropdown when editing/creating calendar events.

FOCUS-33313- Graduation Requirements Report: Industry certification number not displaying

This branch corrects an issue where the number of a prior year industry certification was not displaying on the Graduation Requirements Report in the Merit Designation section. Only applicable to customers using Florida State Reporting.

FOCUS-33298- Add and Remove Basic Skills Assessment Programs

Applicable for Florida Postsecondary customers. This branch makes applicable adjustments to the logic of the Basic Skills built-in Scheduled Job.

FOCUS-33279- Updates to COE Report

Applicable for postsecondary customers. With the branch there is a change to the students who appear on the COE report. Now students who have a high school enrollment record in the current year are no longer counted on the report. There is also an option to exclude from COE on the course completion codes screen.

FOCUS-33179- Print all dates selected in Attendance Verification Reports

This branch is an enhancement to the Attendance Verification Report. End-users now have the ability to define the number of date columns that will print. The column default is 14 and overflow days generate on additional pages.

FOCUS-33081- SSRS Reports: Add Search Header to History and Publishing tabs

This enhancement adds a Search Header to the History and Publishing tabs on SSRS reports.

FOCUS-33073- District Fields on Advanced Reports and Print Letter Templates

This enhancement adds support for district fields to be accessible on Advanced Reports and in Print Letters & Send Emails.

FOCUS-33046- Restore View Permissions in Resource Scheduler

This branch restores the view permission for Resource Scheduler (rooms) that had been removed and ensures read only permissions are respected when edit permission has not been granted.

FOCUS-32942- Graduation Requirements Report: Adjustment to Scholar Logic (Pre-AICE Math)

Only applicable for Florida State Reporting customers. Pre-AICE Math 3 (1209825%) was set to satisfy the equally rigorous for statistics component (Earned 1 Credit in Statistics or Equally-Rigorous Course) on the Scholar Designation section of the Graduation Requirements Report. This logic was incorrect upon clarification from the FLDOE, moving forward the course will count towards the "Earned 1 Credit in Algebra II or Equally-Rigorous Course" requirement.

FOCUS-32797- Seat Count on Student Schedule

The seat count for courses not yet started now display on the student schedule.

FOCUS-32748- Graduation Requirement Report: Physical Education/Waivers not showing up correctly.

Only applicable for customers using Florida State Reporting. If a student had an applicable waiver, a partial credit of HOPE, and no HOPE course currently scheduled, the waiver was not appearing on the Graduation Requirements Report. This branch corrects this issue.

FOCUS-32730- When adding SQL to the graduation requirements wildcard values are displayed incorrectly.

When adding SQL to the graduation requirements wild card values such as %value% are being changed to unescaped characters when the field is clicked.

FOCUS-32585- Display Minutes Missed on Absence Summary

This enhancement adds a preference to calculate and display a student's total minutes missed from Late Check-in / Early Check out on Absence Summary. The new system preference located under the attendance tab is titled "Show minutes missed in Student Absence Summary."

FOCUS-32482- Graduation Requirements Waivers confuse two grad subjects whose shortnames start with the same first two characters.

This branch resolves an issue with Graduation Requirements Report when the Personal Fitness and Physical Education graduation subjects shared the same first two characters in the short name. If Personal Fitness and a Marching Band Waiver existed in course history for a student with zero credit then a 'waiver' would inaccurately display over Personal Fitness. This branch fixes this condition.

FOCUS-31602- Don't copy certain fields during a Student Merge Unless they are NULL

This enhancement impacts Students > Delete a Student > Merge 2 Students. When the demographics option is included we will no longer copy the following fields from the student being deleted into the student being kept unless the field is null in the student being kept: FLEID, Student Number Identifier, Florida Alias, and Social Security Number.
