Only applicable for customers using the new D2Mini attendance kiosks. This branch resolves three issues: 1) Ensures the number vs. full keyboard displays when checking in a student by ID. 2) Resolves an issue where the buttons could not be clicked to adjust the kiosk into another mode. 3) Ensures the tardy slip prints to the necessary length so all contents are contained within it.

FOCUS-33832- Standard Report Cards: Fix Marking Period Order

This branch fixes an issue where the grades and marking periods displayed on a Standard Report Card were out of order (example: grades for Q1 were appearing in the FY column and vice versa).

FOCUS-33823- Print Avery Labels missing some student names

When printing Avery Labels for all students and using the To the Parents or Guardians of option, some sibling groups names are not showing on the labels. Siblings are determined by the Linked Students logging field located under the Address & Contacts screen. This branch resolves this issue.

Only applicable for customers using the Ed-Fi API integration. This branch updates Ed-Fi Setup by adding Sex to the Descriptor Maps dropdown. Now if gender is not selected for a student we can use the Ed-Fi value 'url://ed-fi.org/SexDescriptor#NotSelected' with the Focus value of NULL and eliminate any Ed-Fi transmission errors.

FOCUS-33791- Fix issue when printing Avery labels for PO Box addresses with 'One Per Family' selected

This branch fixes an issue when printing Avery Labels with 'One Per Family' selected. Some students with PO Box addresses in the same city/zip code were erroneously being grouped together in the same label even if they did not have the same PO Box number.

FOCUS-33784- Advanced Reports: Resolve Database Error

This branch corrects an error running a student Advanced Report with Teams included as a field.

FOCUS-33780- Online Enrollments: Don't reset fields to defaults when processing online app

When an admin is processing applications through Students > Online Enrollments > Unprocessed Applications > Process, Focus, regardless if the field has a default for new students configured under Student Fields, will display the field value as it was obtained on the application by the parent or student.

FOCUS-33767- Add Absences: Ensure absences added to correct section when using advanced rotation

When using Add Absences to enter attendance for future dates and the student schedule rotates, the attendance is was not being added in the correct sections based on the rotation days. This branch corrects that issue.

FOCUS-33749- Gradebook: Changing Section Teacher Does Not Preserve Combined Categories Across Uncombined Classes

When moving multiple sections from one teacher to the same new teacher, matching combined categories will now remain combined if the old teacher combined them.

FOCUS-33736- Portal Alerts: Do not display uploaded excuse notes alerts for inactive students on the admin portal

This branch excludes students who do not have active enrollment records from the Excuse Note alert generated on the admin's portal.

FOCUS-33731- Lesson Planning: Improve Printing Lesson Plans

Only applicable for customers using the Learning Management System. This branch makes two improvements to printing from Users > Lesson Planning, using the print button in the top-left. 1) Tables will now display styling when printing. 2) The right-side of the page will no longer be cut off when printing.

FOCUS-33730- Mass Add Log Records: Don't display deleted records in dropdown.

There was an issue with Mass Add Log Records where the Form Record column would display deleted record as options. This JIRA fixes that issue to only display the non-deleted.

FOCUS-33692- Addresses & Contacts: Fix for the address suggestions dropdown

Only applicable for customers using an Address Catalog. This branch improves the display of the address suggestions box on the Address & Contacts screen when adding or editing a student's primary address.

FOCUS-33685- Student Info, More Search Options, Honor Roll, add all Marking Periods Swiftbox

This enhancement adds a select multiple Swiftbox under Students > Student Info > More Search Options > Grades/GPA/Class Rank/Honor Roll > Honor Roll. It enables a user to search across all marking periods in Student Info.

FOCUS-33610- Referral Codes & Actions: Improve display of Years on Actions Tab.

On referral codes and actions, each time the codes tab is loaded without refreshing the page the years get added on the end of the title of the action on the actions tab as well as on the dropdown for actions on the codes tab. This branch ensure that the years display only once on the actions dropdown and not at all in the title of the action.

FOCUS-33180- In Schedule Loading Reports when custom columns are used they do not display

When clicking on the Students with Incomplete Schedules Tab and then clicking on custom list, the columns selected in My Preferences -> Custom Student List -> Columns in Student Lists do not show. This branch resolves this issue.

SSS > Mass Print Events > Event: Academic Progress Monitoring Plan > Steps: PMP/Graph, PMP Cover Sheet > School Period : Pick any Period > Search > Check All Students> Generate > View Mass Print Batches > Note formatting is correct throughout the batch
