FOCUS-36731- Add customer credit payment type on AR Receipts
System enhancement to Accounts Receivable > Receipts, allowing users to receipt greater than the invoice amount. User has the option of creating a customer credit or an Accounts Payable invoice for reimbursement.

FOCUS-37018- Applicant Tracking Applicant Parent and Child Lines
System enhancement to Human Resources > Online Applications. The tables in each tab will now only show one row per applicant. Clicking the 'view' button will open a new tab entitled 'Current Applicant' which will show all of the applications and addendums for the selected applicant. Additionally, this enhancement adds a 'Comment' column to each row. Comments can be left for both applicants and individual applications. Permissions must be enabled for the column to appear.

FOCUS-36831- Allow Users to Reset Approval Flow for Applicants
System enhancement to allow Human Resources user to remove the 'Denied' status from a job offer. This will allow the user extending the offer to re-submit to the approval flow.

FOCUS-37272- School Choice: Schema Change for address_to_district.zone_group
This branch adjusts address_to_district.zone_group from VARCHAR to TEXT, supporting larger data sets for customers leveraging grouping in the School Choice Module.
FOCUS-37194- Class Requests: Correction to Prerequisite Logic for Students
This branch corrects an issue with the prerequisite logic when students enter course requests online. Focus will review a student's grade history and schedule to determine prerequisite requirements.
1. If a student enters a course request for the next year and is currently scheduled into the prerequisite course this year, Focus will assume the student will pass the course and meet the requirement. The student will not need a grade history record present.
2. For a grade record to meet the prerequisite, the student must have earned credit (i.e., the Credits Earned field cannot be 0), and the grade record must be flagged for Course History.
If the district leverages extra characters on course numbers, the system will match the course numbers exactly. For example, if the prerequisite is entered with an 8-digit course number, Focus will match the full 8-digit course number when comparing schedule and grade records. However, if the district enters a prerequisite with a 7-digit course number, Focus will only match the first seven digits.
FOCUS-37183- Ed-Fi: Resolve Issue in Program Association
Only applicable to customers leveraging Ed-Fi. This branch resolves an error caused by a missing uuid on StudentTitleIPartAProgramAssociation and StudentMigrantEducationProgramAssociation.
FOCUS-37134- Call Out System: Prevent Duplicate Calls & Respect System Preference.
Only applicable to customers leveraging the Call Out System. This branch improves the pending queue when large batches of messages are generated to prevent duplications between instances of the scheduled job. Secondly, generating messages is further refined to ensure communications are not delivered outside of the start and end times indicated in the system preference.
FOCUS-37114- Rollover: Roll Standard Posting Dates
This branch resolves an issue where Standard Posting Dates were not included in the rollover procedures for Marking Periods.
FOCUS-37036- Delete Student (TX): Merging Students Exclude Unique ID
Only applicable to customers using Texas State Reporting. This branch excludes the UniqueID from being overwritten in Merge Students.
FOCUS-37003- New Attended Hours Report for Postsecondary
This enhancement introduces a new "Attended Hours Report" for Postsecondary customers. The report displays student, program, section details, hours scheduled, hours attended, hourly attendance %, and more. This report allows administrators to review all course and attendance information at a glance without having to drill down into individual students.

FOCUS-36989- Absence by Course and Student Report pulling incorrect record for students who have same course for two semesters
This branch corrects an issue where Semester 1 courses would not display on the Absences by Course and Student Report for students who had a Semester 2 course on their schedule with the same course number.
FOCUS-36986- Add Credit Hour to Courses & Sections And Grades
This enhancement adds support for Credit Hours in postsecondary. A new system preference, Use Credit Hours, has been added. When enabled, a new scheduling field called "Credit Hours" will be available on the Course Catalog, Master Schedule Report, and Courses & Sections. When Credit Hours are enabled for a course/section, the hourly attendance preference will be ignored, and teachers will be prompted to enter period attendance. This new preference, when enabled, will also add two new columns to student's Grades Screen/Course History, called "Credit Hours Attempted" and "Credit Hours Earned." When a grade is posted, the Credit Hours assigned at the course/section will populate with the posted grade. A passing grade is defined in the grading scale setup screen by the Gives Credit flag.

FOCUS-36901- Focus Assessments: School Year Specific on Reports
Only applicable to customers using the Assessments module. This branch corrects an issue where students who sat for an assessment last year would appear on district assessment reports in the current school year.
FOCUS-37133- Application Editor: Prevent Error with Show Zoned Schools in Re-Enrollment Forms
Application Editor, Show Zoned Schools only applies to New Registration/Online Application forms. This branch ensures the program will not execute on Re-Enrollment forms to prevent errors.
FOCUS-36955- Post Final Grades: Unable to delete duplicate apostrophes in longer course comments.
This branch resolves an issue where attempting to delete duplicated apostrophes from longer course comments did not save on Post Final Grades.
FOCUS-37178- Allow events from custom programs in Bulk PMP Triggers event dropdowns
This enhancement allows events that are in custom programs to be added to the 'PMP Event' dropdown on the Bulk PMP Trigger screen. To add a custom event to the dropdown go to SSS > Setup > Events Tab > Tag column add "[pmp]" to the desired events.

This fix allows a secondary condition on an Event Trigger to reference a field name on a form. (e.g. {Form Name -> Field Name})

This enhancement adds a way to create Individual Groups on the PMP Data Collection Screens for quick access to student groups.
