This branch corrects an issue where letterhead templates assigned to the student profile were not appearing as expected on Final Grades in the Student Portal.

FOCUS-37350- On Report Card Grades the Student Group Box only shows when the user has edit template permissions.

Currently, the student groups box only shows when the user has edit template permissions when generating Report Cards. This branch adjusts that functionality, and now Student Groups will always display to end users with access to the Report Card screen.

FOCUS-37327- Report Cards: Resolve Sorting on Homeroom Teacher

This branch resolves an issue where the teacher from an inactive schedule record was incorrectly printing on Report Cards when sorting on Homeroom teacher.

This enhancement adds the option "Re-Enroll Student" to the individual re-enrollment logging field on Student Information. This feature, when enabled, will re-enroll the inactive student to the district's applicant school once the form has been submitted.

Only applicable to Florida State Reporting customers. This branch ensures end-users cannot update the Florida Fields, Certification/Licensure Status and Highly Qualified if the system preference "Automatically Determine Highly Qualified Status for Class Sections" is enabled.

FOCUS-37233- Transcripts: Adjust logic of School Information Generated

With this branch, when generating a transcript for a co-enrolled student, the school information will populate from the student's primary enrollment record, regardless of the school selected by the end-user in the session. However, if the student is inactive, the transcript will pull information from the school the user has selected in their session.

FOCUS-37207- Students: New 'Title I Eligibility' Report

This enhancement introduces a new screen called "Title I Eligibility." This feature allows end-users with permission to enter a student's address, gradelevel, and birthdate to evaluate their zoned school. The zoned school information will be returned to the end-user, and if the zoned school is flagged as a Title 1 school, the end-user will be able to process that enrollment directly if they have edit permission to Add a Student.

FOCUS-37074- Workflow Triggers: Adjust logic behind Attendance Workflow Triggers

If a student has a letter sent to the letter queue based on meeting specified criteria for attendance and a letter is deleted from the letter queue, this branch ensures the trigger will be 'reset' so that the next time that the student earns an attendance code that fulfills the attendance criteria set up for the trigger, a new letter is sent to the letter queue.

FOCUS-37070- Request Grade Changes: Enforce entering new Grade Title and Conduct when submitting grade change request.

This branch is intended to fix an issue where users can submit a grade change request without entering a new grade title or conduct grade.
