System enhancement to allow multiday leave requests to process in School/Dept. Payroll Entry as individual entries. To enable: Setup > General Ledger > Settings > ESS > Employee Requests 'Dis-Allow Date Spanning Leave Requests' = No and 'Break down leave requests into multiple entries in School/Dep' = Yes.

System enhancement to compare pay rates as of a specific run in Payroll > Pay Runs > Run Payroll > Wage Change Retro. This will allow the user to select 'Pay Rates After' from a prior run in the dropdown.

FOCUS-36945- Test Score Reports: New FAST Score Report Titles appearing on Parent Portal
Only applicable to Florida State Reporting customers. This branch provides additional support for FAST Test Score Reports. Publishing Test Score Reports to the Parent Portal feature now recognizes the original and newly updated FAST score report file names, which the FLDOE updated in December 2022.

FOCUS-36931- Scheduled Job: Add Effective Date field in Process Assessment setup
Only applicable to Florida State Reporting customers. This enhancement adds an effective date field with the built-in Scheduled Job Process Assessments setup, specifically for the ESOL Graduation Pathway/ESE Test Waiver students. This enhancement aligns the setup features from the Florida Reports Process Assessments interface functionality and scheduled job when checking for ESOL Graduation Pathway/ESE Test Waiver and updating the FSA ELA graduation student fields.

FOCUS-36925- Before & Aftercare: Resolve Annual Registration Billing Frequency
Only applicable to customers using the Focus Before & Aftercare module. This branch resolves an issue where the registration fee was billed each time a program was invoiced when the once per program was selected in the Manage Fee Template setup.
FOCUS-36917- Choice: Late Application not Respecting Choice Selection Preference
Only applicable to customers using the School Choice module. The branch resolved an issue where the Late Application number of choices preference was not respected when the parent had more previously selected programs than the Late Application preference setting.
FOCUS-36896- Form Builder: Improve Standard Header Format Rendering in PDF
This branch resolves an issue where standard headers in the Form Builder, which are laid out dynamically, can appear differently between HTML and PDF.
FOCUS-36872- Print ID Badges: New Options to Exclude Student Photo & Name
This enhancement adds two new Other Options on Print ID Badges. Now, end-users can remove the Student Name and/or Student Photo when generating batches.

FOCUS-36860- Form Builder: Resolve Display Issue When Multiple Blank Pages Present
Within the Form Builder, if blank pages are inserted into a form, and the form is saved after adding each page, this branch will ensure the existing components are placed correctly.
FOCUS-36805- Grad Requirements Report: Personal Fitness Waiver Showing Incorrect Course Numbers
This branch ensures the course 1500480 will display on the Graduation Requirements Report ahead of other ROTC waivers next to the Personal Fitness Performing Fine Arts ROTC waiver credit.
FOCUS-36751- My Calendar: "Can set availability to students" permission should respect profile school restrictions
This branch resolves an issue where in My Calendar, Availability Settings, the school tied to the user's profile permission was not being respected, and therefore students in other schools were able to request a conference.
FOCUS-36649- Tardy Scanner- Connection Error
Only applicable to customers using the Handheld mobile device. This branch resolves a database error received on handheld devices when opening the Focus application.
FOCUS-36427- Community Mobile App: Do Not Switch User Roles Between Devices
Currently, if an end-user with more than one role (admin, parent, or teacher) switches roles on one device (mobile app), then the next time a page loads on another device (interface), it automatically switches to that role. This branch prevents that from happening.
FOCUS-35914- Grad Requirement Report: Credit doubling FY Courses Unnecessarily
This branch corrects the Graduation Requirement Report when using the future course system preference to display appropriate credits remaining for Full Year courses based on the course history term on scheduled courses.
FOCUS-36944- Hiding and then showing a step may cause a 404 error
This fix addresses an issue if a step on an event is hidden and then shown again via form or event triggers, the step may display a 404 error. This only happens if the step in question is linked to a formbuilder form, custom screens steps are not affected.

FOCUS-36893- Users without permission to initiate any events can still see the Create New Event table
This fix addresses an issue where the user only has view permissions, the table to create a new event instance should be hidden. The new "Select One" option is confusing the check determining whether there are any events to display.
FOCUS-36727- Some administrators may not display in the "Person Responsible" dropdown
This fix addresses an issue where if the user is an administrator but is marked as an administrator only through profiles (rather than on their user record), they will not be included in the list when they should be.
FOCUS-36081- Selected PMP strategies may not be visible if out of the strategy's date range
This fix addresses an issue when a strategy's max syear is in the past from when the event locked, the option will not be visible when viewing the PMP step.
