1a. As a student, in the menu, click Customer Ledger.
1b. As a parent, click the arrow next to the applicable student, then click Customer Ledger.
1c. If you do not have View access to Purchase & Pay/ Make a Payment, but you do have access to View Customer Ledger and the student has an outstanding balance, an Alert displays on the Portal. Click You have an outstanding invoice to be paid! Please review them here to automatically be directed to the Customer Ledger screen to view outstanding invoices. Note: If you do have View access to Purchase & Pay, and you click the portal alert, you will be taken to the Purchase & Pay screen.
The Payment History tab displays your Customer ID, Customer Name, your Outstanding Balance (Without Deferrals), and your Outstanding Balance (With Deferrals), your Deferral Balance, as well as your Customer Credit Balance.
The type of Customer Ledger viewable here depends on your permissions set by the district via Users > Profiles. If you have permission to view the Simple Customer Ledger, the following columns display: Transaction Date, Transaction Number, Invoice Number, Receipt Number, Transaction Type, Course, Description, Charges, Credits, Deferred amount, and the Balance.
The type of Customer Ledger viewable here depends on your permissions set by the district via Users > Profiles. If you have permission to view the expanded Customer Ledger, the following columns display: Facility, Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Invoice Amount, Outstanding Balance, Transaction Number, Payment Date, Item, Course, Payment Amount, and Payment Method.
The Invoice Date is used as the Payment Date for outstanding deferrals.
Discounts applied at checkout display in the Charges column as negative numbers, as shown in the image below.
The last row of the ledger displays the Total Invoice Amount and Total Outstanding Balance.
2. Click the Cancel button to cancel transactions placed through the store on the same day the order was made.
If the permission Allow Same-Day Cancellation of Payment is enabled for your profile, you can cancel purchases as long as the payment is cancelled within the same day as the original purchase.
a. After clicking cancel, a confirmation message displays. Click Yes, cancel the order to proceed with the cancellation.
If the permission Allow Cancellation of Invoices with Payments Made is enabled for your profile, you can cancel payments made and delete the attached invoice for said item.
b. Click Yes, cancel invoices to delete invoices associated with the item purchased. If you want to cancel the payment but keep the invoice to pay at a later time, click No, do not cancel invoices.
Click the Excel icon in the Export section to export the table of data to an Excel spreadsheet, which can then be saved to your computer.
Click the Printer icon to print the table of data.
Click the Filters button to filter data and apply filter rules.
To add more than one filter to a column, click on the green plus sign.
To delete an added filter, click on the red minus sign.
Select the gray arrow for additional filtering rules.

You can sort data by clicking on any of the headers. Click once for ascending results; click twice for descending results. In the example displayed, data has been sorted by Outstanding Balance (clicked once).
