Return to Title IV
The Return to Title IV worksheet is created by Financial Aid users to determine the amount you are responsible to return to G5.
1. From the menu, click Return to Title IV.
Existing forms display along with the ID number, Award Year, Date Created, and the View button.
2. Click View to open an existing record.
3. Click Print to print the form.
a. The print preview displays. Click the Printer icon to print. When finished, click the black X to return to the form.
4. Click Back To List to return to forms.
