Hall Passes in the Mobile App (Students and Parents)
Students can use the mobile app to create a hall pass (if students have permission to create hall passes), and to view their currently active hall pass. Inactive hall passes can also be viewed.
Parents can view the hall passes their students have been issued for the current date from the mobile app.

1. After logging in to the mobile app, tap the Hall Passes icon at the bottom of the screen.
Alternatively, tap the menu icon.
Tap Hall Passes in the menu.
2. Tap Create.
3. Tap the Destination.
4. If more than one location exists for a destination, tap the specific location.
5. Now is selected by default, which will create a hall pass for the current date and time. To create a hall pass for a future date and time, tap Scheduled.
6. Enter the Date and Time for the scheduled hall pass.
7. The Departing From pull-down populates with the room for the period when your pass will be active based on your schedule. Select a different room if needed.
The Total Time for the pass and the Travel Time (time it takes to get to and from your destination) may populate if set up by your school.
8. Tap Create Hall Pass.
There may be restrictions in place that prevent you from creating a hall pass. A message will display indicating why the hall pass cannot be created.
The active hall pass will display on the screen if it does not require approval, and the pass is scheduled for now.
If your destination requires students to check in and check out of the location, the button to Check In will display. Tap the Check In button when you reach your destination.
Tap Check Out when you are leaving your destination.
Tap End to when you return to class.
If the pass you created requires approval and/or is upcoming, the pass will display in the list on the Hall Passes screen when it is active. Tap on the pass to view it.
If you navigate to the Hall Passes screen after your pass becomes active, it will automatically display on the screen.

2. Tap a hall pass to view its details.
Your destination, departing time/location, travel time assigned to the pass, and pass length assigned to the pass are listed, along with the name of the user who approved the pass.
3. Tap Back to return to the Hall Passes screen.
