FOCUS-38494- Test Score Reports (FL): Support B.E.S.T. Score Reports

Only applicable to customers on Florida State Reporting. This enhancement provides support for B.E.S.T. Score Reports to appear on the Parent/Student Portal. A new uploaded assets folder (case-sensitive), test_score_reports/BEST, was added to all Focus-hosted Florida customers to accommodate the feature.

FOCUS-38371- EdFi API (FL): Adjust GET /users to leverage User Field aliased as gender

Only applicable to Florida State Reporting customers. Previously, the EdFi API logic would look for gender as users.custom_59. Now, the API will pull the gender information in GET /users from the user custom field with an alias of "gender."

FOCUS-38347- Change Requests: Ensure Alert Appears in Correct School

This branch resolves an issue where Parent Change Requests were appearing for approval in an incorrect school.

FOCUS-38338- Gradebook: Improve Display of Assessments in Gradebook in lists of more than 100 students.

Before the branch, if a teacher had more than 100 students who had taken a test they would only see the first 100 when viewing the student's answers in the gradebook. With this resolution, there is now an arrow to advance to the next page so the teacher can see more than the first 100 students.

This branch ensures the Scheduling Report, Students with too many requests, rounds to whole numbers

FOCUS-38259- Application Editor: Resolve Form Student Access Issue

The branch fixes an issue with forms created through the Application Editor. These forms if not launched by Application Editor and containing student custom fields could not be accessed by students or parents.

FOCUS-38228- Scheduling: Print Requests by Course Download in PDF Format

This resolution ensures when downloading the Scheduling Request Report, Print Requests by Course, the file is downloaded as PDF vs. HTML.

FOCUS-38130- Transcripts: Performance Improvement with Attendance

This branch introduces a performance improvement when generating transcripts. Previously, batches would not generate values for days present and days absent.

This branch resolves an error in the EdFi API associated with Student Academic Record.

FOCUS-34907- Print Letters & Send Emails: Resolve Sending by the Scheduled With Option

This branch fixes Sending Contact Letters when Scheduled with Option is marked in Print Letters & Send Emails.

FOCUS-38504- Custom Fields: Resolve issue with Old File Upload Custom Fields marked as JSON

This branch resolves an issue where end users attempting to access upload files in a custom field were presented with a "Could not find signature" error. This incident was specific only to file upload custom fields indicated as JSON.

FOCUS-35019- Grad. Req. Report: Track Graduation by Year and Simplified Enhancement

This enhancement adds several features to the existing Graduation Requirements Report. This branch introduces a new profile permission, Show Simplified, for the parent/student role type. When enabled, the state assessment and GPA criteria that currently show at the top of the report will be hidden by default, and parents/students will see a much more concise presentation of the Graduation Requirements Report. Parents/students can display the additional information at the top of the report as needed by toggling on the detailed view.

A second component added by this branch is the ability for the district to designate the credit requirements per year that the student would be expected to complete while working towards the fulfillment of requirements in their assigned graduation program. This allows school users and parents/students to actively monitor a students progress toward meeting the benchmarks associated with each year of the student's attendance in school.

FOCUS-38478- Student Schedule: Resolve Meeting Override Attended Hours

Only applicable for Postsecondary customers. This branch resolves an issue for the meeting pattern override preference not being respected when viewing the student schedule.

FOCUS-38379- Assign LCP Scheduled Job - Default School Year Only

Only applicable to Postsecondary customers. This branch adjusts the built-in scheduled job, Assign LCPs, so that the job cannot be run for a previous school year.

FOCUS-37869- System Preference: New TABE Reading & Language Setting for Basic Skills

This postsecondary enhancement adds an additional check for the Basic Skills Scheduled job. A new CTE Default Scheduling System Preference called 'Use TABE language or reading to set Basic Skills' was added. This preference allows districts to combine the Math requirement and use the preference to pick Reading or Language to satisfy the basic skills requirement. This new preference is used in conjunction with Modify Programs where TABE minimum scores for Math, Reading, and Language are set. Running the Basic Skills scheduled job will check the new preference, student's schedule record, and TABE test scores to determine the value to be set on Basic Skills Exam (schedule.custom_31).
