• Fixed an issue where database errors could arise based on invalid date data in the ESE log records.

Student Course

• Added logic to check new school logging field 'DJJ Days in Term Override' in surveys 1 & 4 to use in place of calculated Days in Term and also tells extract to ignore the default cap of 35 days for DJJ.

Assessment Verification Report

• Adjusted logic look at stat column to be able to catch errors for deleted subject codes.

Demographic Verification Report

• Fixed database error for edit 1A.
• Updated Edit 40 to include School Number, Current Enrollment number 3450.

Prior School Verification Report

• Updated edit 45 by adding School Number 3450 and removing 3900.
• Updated Edit 38 to include Prior School/Location: District/County code 83.

Student Course Schedule Verification Report

• Updated edit 7 by adding School Number Instruction/Service 3450 and U981.
• Fixed issue with edit 43 to account for courses that were on the CCD in Survey 4, but were removed in Survey 1.

WDIS Appendix Q

• Updated for 23-24 & 24-25.

WDIS Automated Processes

• Added support for new TAB test forms. For a TAB test to be assigned to a 24-25 schedule and beyond, the test form will need to end in OL or PB.
• Fixed issue where in some instances CG2 & CST weren't being prioritized over older tests for 24-25 schedules.
• Fixed issue where CG2 & CST weren't assigning Pre/Post tests when scheduled under 23-24 and the default year in Focus was set to 24-25.
• Updated valid programs & levels for 9G.
• Updated score tables to match current 24-25 appendix R.
• Fixed issue that was preventing schedule records under syear 2024 from being updated in certain cases.
• Fixed rare DB error that could happen if district was using option to remove invalid levels from schedules.
• The process will now attempt to recalculate a test's AEFL if the current AEFL doesn't exist in appendix R and provided the FLTESTID hasn't previously been assigned to a pre or post ID on the student's schedule.
• Now requires the test administration date to be greater than or equal April 1st, 2022, per WDIS Test edit 24.
• Fixed issue where job was assigning T & U functioning levels for TABE.
• Added logic to support ability to exclude specific tests via the scheduled job options. An upcoming update to the job via an SIS update will allow users to define tests they would like to exclude.

WDIS Supplemental

• Fixed an issue where duplicate records based on keys would output related to new program completer logic.
• Fixed an issue where "duplicate" industry certification records would output if a student had multiple records with the same code and outcome but different dates.

WDIS Test

• Fixed issue where GED wouldn't pull when district option was enabled to not pull tests missing an AEFL.
• Fixed issue where TAB wasn't outputting full test form.

WDIS AGE Verification Report

• Updated logic to support new CST & CG2 tests, and also fixed a bug that could cause false errors for 9D & 9E.
• Added edits 9H & 9J.

WDIS Test Verification Report

• Fixed issue where edit 01 wasn't flagging records as duplicates for TAB tests when using certain forms.
• Updated logic to support new CST & CG2 tests.

• Fixed an issue where a custom graduation program subject credits line not tied to a specific subject could pull for 'Credits Needed, Local Subject Area Requirements' elements.
• Modified how incoming requests are answered by replacing student ID fields with originating district information to catch edit reports.

• Fixed issue where queries used to clear out FTE fields for AP and IB weren't outputting when the Download SQL option was used.

  • For a student to be picked up by new calculation they must be:

FTE Summary Reports (Breakdown)

• Fixed an issue where some reports werent displaying properly for students missing their FLEID.
• Fixed display issue of Course and Section numbers on multiple reports affecting select districts.
• Improved the overall performance for all of the reports.

Teachers In/Out of Field Logic

• Added and removed entries from Dual Certifications table based on updated DOE crosswalk file.
• Fixed an issue where a course flagged as ESE resulted in inclusion co-teacher records not updating.

LearnFare Attendance

• Added new history logging field, similar to DMV; also added WD Code and Absent Counts to background table and log field. An upcoming update to the scheduled job will insert records into the logging field as well as display a list of students sent in the execution history.

Menu

• Updated Functioning Level codes to match current list of codes and descriptions.
• Added 'Math Intervention Component' field to Sections and Schedules for use in future WS Report update.

PEER Importer Class

• Fixed an issue where some student's Time with Non-disabled Peers wasn't updating if Peer was configured to import only select fields instead of all; also made some performance improvements when loading Peer data into Focus tables.

Pre-ID Extracts

• PM/EOC Layouts -
  • Updated field lengths for Last Name and First Name.
  • Updated field name from Gender to Sex.
  • Added placeholder field for Spring FACT Psychology Test Indicator.
  • Removed logic for fields that are no longer in the layouts provided by DOE.
  • Added logic to exclude grade 31 from extracts.
  • Removed FSA test logic that was causing students to pull that had no test indicators.
  • Added logic to exclude pulling records with Primary Exceptionality of U.
• Modified the Fall and Spring Pre-ID Extracts to pull grade 11/12 students for retake ELA if test information for the student does not exist.
• Fixed an issue that would cause students to not pull for FST Retake based on the year entered ninth grade being prior to 20202021.

Print FTE Detail

• Removed Weekly Planner as a format choice as it's no longer supported by Focus.

Process Assessments

• EOC Course Assessment Status - Updated logic to only update the course assessment status and EOC achievement level on course history records where there is a true change.
• Algebra I APS indicator logic updated to pull FSA E1.

School Grade Scheduler Reports

• Added test subjects P3 and RS to Level 1 or 2 Students Not in Intensive Reading report.

Survey-Production Discrepancies Report

• Fixed issue where report would display home language survey date when they correctly matched between the database and o-file.
