This fix ensures that the refresh data is now correctly displayed.

FOCUS-43031- Communication Platform: Resolve Student Replies (MSSQL Only)

This update corrects a messaging issue for MSSQL customers where administrators' messages allowed replies from students or parents, even when the "allow reply" option was not selected. Now, the system will correctly respect the checkbox setting, disallowing replies when unchecked and allowing them when checked.

FOCUS-43023- School Choice: Only Display Linked Siblings by Same Gradelevel Group

This update resolves a visual display issue in the Evaluate Placement for School Choice module. Previously, the Evaluate Placement screen displayed Linked Sibling information regardless of relevance. Now, it will only display this information if siblings are within the same grade level grouping (PK-5, 6-8, and 9-12), aligning the display with scenarios where sibling priorities are applicable.

FOCUS-43009- Online Enrollment: Show All Schools to Respect Permissions

This update enhances the permissions handling in the Online Enrollments module for viewing Unprocessed and Unsubmitted Applications. Previously, selecting "show all schools" could display students from schools outside an administrator's permissions. Now, the option will only show schools that the user has permissions for. If an admin has broad permissions but no specific schools assigned, they will see all schools, as before.

FOCUS-42951- Attendance: Resolve Error in Sub Take Attendance

This update fixes a database error in the Sub Take Attendance module that occurred when a substitute teacher had no sections scheduled with them. This resolution ensures the module functions smoothly, even in scenarios where substitutes are not assigned to any specific sections.

FOCUS-42937- Delete a Student: Maintain FL Student Number in Merge 2 Students

This update addresses an issue in the student merging process where the State ID (FL Student Number) of the retained student was being incorrectly overwritten by the State ID of the deleted student. With this change, the STATE_ID column is now added to the list of columns that should not be merged, ensuring the correct preservation of State IDs during the merging process.

FOCUS-42925- Scheduling: Change to Course Progression and Program Completer Computation

In this update, the "Career and Technical Education Date of Program Completion" (CUSTOM_66) will now be updated to reflect the withdrawal date when "Program Completer O" is set. If "Program Completer O" is not set, the date will remain unchanged. This change applies only to postsecondary customers.

With this improvement, the School Fields on Alerts will now match those available when creating a Communication Template, ensuring consistency across the platform.

FOCUS-42861- Gradebook: Deleted Categories are Recreated in Semester/Year Type Gradebooks

This update resolves an issue in the Gradebook where deleted categories were still visible despite being deleted for other marking periods. Specifically, the problem of deleted gradebook categories (gradebook_assignment_types_join_course_periods records) being recreated is addressed. This issue has been observed particularly when a user's Gradebook Method is set to Year or Semester.

FOCUS-42857- Assessments: Modify L25 Report for PM3 (Florida)

This update modifies the Assessments L25 Report based on recent guidance from the FLDOE. The report will now consider the student's previous PM3 assessment record rather than the current PM1 test history entry, ensuring compliance with the latest state directives.

FOCUS-42809- Student Final Grades: Resolve Display of Print Button

This branch resolves an issue where the option to print student final grades was missing due to it being hidden in the footer of the page. With this fix, the print button will now only be visible on the student final grades report as intended.

FOCUS-41797- Address Catalog: New Pre-K Zoning Options

This enhancement involves adding a new column to the Address Catalog called "PK." This column will store the school's number (from schools.custom_327) and will be utilized to display zoning information specifically for PK (pre-kindergarten) students. If no value is provided, PK students will be evaluated under the typical elementary and secondary elementary groups.

This update removes the display of bell schedule times from the Attendance Calendar when a period-specific bell schedule is selected. This change is intended to prevent confusion while a more robust solution is developed, addressing issues with the accuracy of displayed bell schedules.

FOCUS-43020 - Gradebook: Allowing Editing for Inactive Teacher thru Teacher Programs

This update restores the ability to edit Gradebook Settings in Teacher Programs under the Users menu, regardless of a teacher's active status. Previously, after the Gradebook rewrite in Version 12, administrators could not edit grades for teachers who had not grouped sections in their gradebooks and were no longer active. This fix ensures administrators can manage grades effectively in all scenarios.

FOCUS-43003 - Student Groups: Resolve 'My Groups' Display on MSSQL

This update fixes an issue in MSSQL where student groups created by a user were not appearing in their 'My Groups' tab. With this correction, the 'My Groups' tab will now correctly display groups both created by and assigned to the current user, ensuring proper access and management of student groups.

FOCUS-42874 - Student Groups: Resolve Links to Students at Other Schools

This update resolves a navigation issue within the student groups feature. Previously, clicking on a student's name in the 'View Students' tab could redirect users to a blank screen if the student was enrolled in a different school than the one selected in the top right. With this fix, links will now correctly redirect users to the Student Info page for the clicked student, adjusting the top right school to match the student's current enrollment, provided the user has permissions for that school. This ensures a seamless and accurate user experience.

FOCUS-42387 - Communication Platform: Generate PDF Button on Student Letter Log

This branch introduces an enhancement: a "Generate PDF" button on the Student Letter log. This feature is particularly useful when letters are generated from the Communication Platform.

This update corrects a permissions issue in the PMP Setup screen. Previously, users with view only access could edit all fields. Now, the update ensures that users with view only permissions cannot edit any fields, enhancing security and adherence to intended access controls.

FOCUS-42864- SSS: Ensure Visibility of Legacy Computed Tables in Locked Events

Previously, the Eligibility Assessment Results (and similar computed tables) did not display data in ELL: Annual Student Plan SSS Event. Following the update, these tables will now accurately present the expected results and data.

FOCUS-42846- SSS: Improve Printing Schedule of Services

Before this branch, there was a risk of Schedule of Services tables breaking across pages when printed. With the introduction of this branch, Schedule of Services tables now print as expected without breaking across pages.

FOCUS-42759- SIS/SSS Forms: New LDAP for Signatures Preference

This branch introduces a new system preference named "Use LDAP for Signatures" under specific conditions: when there is an SSO profile (whether enabled or not) that is LDAP, and another SSO profile exists. When this preference is enabled, users logged in with SSO will utilize the LDAP profile for Form Requests & SSS Events with E-Signatures that require authentication, instead of any other SSO profile.

FOCUS-42758- SSS: Remove Hyperlink on Student Name for Deleted Events

Before this branch, clicking on the Student Name of a Deleted Event in Event Reporting would lead the user to the Uploads step, where they could upload a document even though the event had been deleted. With this branch, links on the Student name in the Event Reporting screen have been removed for deleted events, preventing users from accessing unnecessary steps for deleted events.

FOCUS-42411- SSS: Add Step Completion Validation to Progress Monitoring

The branch modifies the 'Lock Button' functionality on the SSS, Manage Student Active tab for the IEP Goals Progress Report event. Now, if the Progress Monitoring for the IEP spans 4 Quarters or Several Progress Periods, the system will not mark it as complete or enable the lock until all designated Quarters or Progress Periods are finalized. The status will remain open until monitoring covers all areas, and the Lock Button will only activate once all goals have undergone monitoring. This adjusted functionality is specifically applied to IEP Events with 'Quarterly' or 'Every Grading Period' set as the monitoring frequency.
