FOCUS-43008- Report Cards: Respect All in Saved Settings with Letterhead Selection
This enhancement corrects an issue with Report Cards where checkboxes in the settings were not being updated according to the template's saved default settings. With this update, when a template has no default settings saved, all options will be deselected by default. If default settings are saved, the correct options will be automatically selected based on those saved preferences, ensuring consistency and accuracy in Report Card configurations.
