Added FOCUS-39612 - Communication Platform: Resolve Call Errors & Email Tab Removal
This branch addresses two specific issues within the Communication Platform:
1) It rectifies an error that occurred when sending a message containing only a call without any additional content.
2) It resolves an issue where the email tab would reappear in a message that had initially removed the email tab, but then was edited after scheduling, saving as a draft, or editing an attendance record.
Added FOCUS-39626 - Communication Platform: Select Appropriate Teachers when Messaging from Student Schedule
This branch guarantees that when the "Message" button is clicked on the Student Schedule, and a student is co-enrolled, the relevant teacher(s) are automatically preselected in the recipients field upon redirection to the Compose Message screen within the Communication Platform.
Removed FOCUS-38930 - Add a Student: Improve Error Messaging for Email Format
Added FOCUS-39677 - Communication Platform: Improve Phone Call Recorder on Mobile App
This resolution pertains to customers utilizing the Communication Platform Call-Out System expansion. Previously, attempting to record a call on the app resulted in an error. However, with the implementation of this branch, recording calls via the app is now functional. Users can successfully record calls, listen to them in the sent box, and when the communication queue job is executed, the calls are properly transmitted.
Added FOCUS-39672 - Communication: Allow Parents to Reply to Admin Quick Replies
Prior to the implementation of this branch, administrators faced an issue where initiating a conversation with a student or parent and subsequently sending a reply from the sent or inbox folders would prevent the student or parent from replying. However, with the branch in effect, administrators can now send messages from either the sent or inbox folders of the Communication Platform and students or parents will be able to respond to these messages as expected.
See Communication (Admin) for more details.
